Okay, so my dumb ass forgot to upload this refsheet despite how I've been commissioning art of her for a few years now. Or at the very least, I uplodaded the sheet a while back, deleted it due to having a higher quality version I wanted to upload, and then forgot to do that. Either way, this lovely Soulseer Mizutsune is Mitzi Utakata (name has changed since the creation of this sheet). In spite of her blindness, she loves her job as a tailor, custom making clothing for anyone of any size! Her shop is always open for guests, and she takes requests!
