Azoth is a being from the fifth dimension, where beings there have Infinite Phenomenal Cosmic Powers, but if they enter our dimension, they are essentially gods. Azoth in particular takes the form of Legoshi from Beastars with sunglasses and a black coat, he likes to give characters from alternate realities 0.01 percent of his power, which isn't that much but in the body of a mortal, it is a lot. After his experiments, he places them in reality orbs where they can grow infinitely and endlessly, he then places those orbs on shelves to add to his collection.
