Foxtaur takes a bow! (5/6)
A 3x LEGO 31154 Creator 3-in-1 Red Fox combo MOC
So I've started practicing System-based organics for a Secret Project™, and I figured what better way than by making something endemic to the furry fandom? This is made from 3 instances of LEGO set 31154, and the results are something I'm mostly satisfied with, other than it falling flat on its face (or close to it) in certain positions due to the clutch power of the click joint having degraded over the years.
The thing that inspired the MOC was the neck fluff in the original main model. Seeing how it was attached, I had a stroke of inspiration, "You know what would fit great here? Another torso." Three sittings and nine hours of tinkering later, and this creature is ready to impress some vixens or reynards.
The lower torso is mostly stock, with any alterations in the build made to accommodate the upper torso. The upper torso uses the instructions as a guide, but deviates from them quite a bit. The neck fluff can be built stock, though I made an alteration on mine to allow the head to rest more flat. The head is the same as in the original model. The arms are completely custom and are the main reason why I needed 3 sets, because I had in mind that I would be using modified plates with socket joints on the ends for the thumbs. (They ended up being the elbows, but I digress. Turns out I needed three sets for more reasons than just the thumbs.)

Is this one of those motorized lego things so it's kind of animatronic? I know such things exist because of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwXK4e4uqXY
