This creature resembles a dog with a long horn and several outgrowths that resemble a blood sac. There are several false mouths on parts of the neck that lead to these sacs. With its help, the creature accumulates rot and small parasites in them, dragging them behind. After that, it discards them in burrows or habitats of small animals. Over time, with the help of these sacks, the Burlap infects its surroundings and comes down to eat carrion.

When the need for this disappears, it begins to store nutrients in them, forming a litter of pups. Their severed umbilical cord eventually hardens and becomes horn.
