Ah, You went from having an office job at TUBs, to working in a fast food place at GutBusters... Interesting.
(To be fair; it could also just be Dion picturing the idea that if he starts working at that place, then he'll end up as fat as their customers. Perhaps you were initially buff [like Dion] went you started working there.)

It mostly depends on what that formula (that Dion is drinking) is gonna do to him.
Whatever happens to him could lead him to becoming a sumo wrestler, or not at all.
It could simply make him subtlety gain weight at first [with a small hint of a belly],
it could make him crazy fat [that working out is not in his mindset anymore],
or [sorry for thinking this out loud, it's just that I like transformation scenarios] it could make Dion an elephant (like Benny), : )
or it does nothing at all. -_-
[Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that Dion becoming a sumo wrestler is never gonna happen. It could happen if the story goes where sumo wrestling is involved. In fact I also have that 'Sumo Dion' thought as well; back before Dion was even chosen. So I do agree, it would be cool!]
