Angelo's family has always been superstitious about fortune and luck, to at one point in their family history, there was a story about a rabbit giving good luck to those in desperate need. "Should the family fall under terrible luck, a rabbit will appear to relieve them of their misfortune." Angelo really didn't believe it, saying its just a children's fairy tale. They have been well off, finally off to college with an athletic dream of being a martial artist to represent their town. But his dream was soon halted when a series of unfortunate events started cascading over them and their family. Angelo's family was wrought with medical, financial, and supplemental misfortunes that were bad enough for them to drop out to help the family. Angelo themself started thinking about that fairy tale, that magical rabbit should've showed up and help them!
One night, in their sleep, Angelo was dreaming about their family's fairy tale but never saw the rabbit, only helping the poor family in need. Then they pass a mirror to see a glimpse of the hare only to realize... Angelo didn't find the rabbit. Angelo WAS THE RABBIT! They woke up and turn on the light to find out they have transformed. Angelo's family soon rushed into their room to find a large rabbit wearing their child's clothes. Angelo was scared. It was bad enough to come out once, but coming out as an animal? They prepared for the harsh words coming from their mouths... only to instead hear praises of love and hope. Angelo was chosen to be the magical rabbit to absolve their terrible luck. But they wonder how? What must Angelo do get their life and home back to normal?
Eventually, Angelo soon heard rumors of a fighting tournament dedicated to those of unique abilities... Maybe with their newfound form, they could participate. If Angelo wins the prize, their household would be back to normal, maybe even go back to a normal human life afterwards. They can feel the magic and the luck of the rabbit surging through them. Here's hoping Angelo is lucky enough to win, for their family's sake.
