This is based on an old sketch I found buried in my layers when doin a study of some really good high speed outdoor shots of cheetahs running. Direction change isn't shown enough with cheetahs, and they tend to change direction rather explosively, tearing up the ground with anything their paws touch to make it happen. There's a much bigger uncropped version that I might make into a print cuz it has more dust trail in the background.
