I'm really ashamed and uncomfortable to write this.
I'm going through a tough period in my life and I'm in desperate need of means to survive (not just to live, but to survive at the very least). In general, here's how things stand for me: I have no one left in Ukraine except my father, who is also going through a very difficult time with debts, loans, and a huge debt for his apartment. He can't financially help me in any way. My wife suffers from schizophrenia, and she's doing her best to earn a living as well. She creates artwork here on Fur Affinity, but there are very few commissions, and it's not enough to support us. We live in Georgia, far from my home in Ukraine, due to the war. Now we need to pay for the cheapest apartment we can find here. We also have two cats who require food, care, and sometimes veterinary assistance. The job situation in Georgia is very dire, especially for immigrants. There's no fair wage, and you can earn just a few dollars after a hard day's work.
My wife needs psychiatric help and medication, given her highly unstable mental state. Her relatives are putting pressure on her, and her mother is completely unsupportive. I've never been good at making a lot of money, and I don't possess any high-value skills. All I know how to do is draw and work at the most basic jobs, which barely cover our rent. I never thought I'd have to ask for help on the internet; I always hoped I could rely on myself and my loved ones. However, the current situation is incredibly dire. Due to financial hardships, my wife is severely affected. She experiences psychosis, and both of us are battling depression. She even mentions not wanting to live. I believe that if we have at least some financial stability, we won't have to skimp on food (we already buy the cheapest available). Her condition will improve, providing us with a chance to emerge from this pit of despair. I'm running out of options, and my only choice is to reach out to the Fur Affinity community.
As you can see, I don't have many artworks, as I've recently started creating digital art. Previously, I only drew on paper and didn't consider my work worthy of publishing. However, even in these few pieces, you can discern my drawing skills. I hope that my prices are reasonable for my art. During this period when life is unrelenting, I desperately need your help. You don't have to commission me personally; you'll be doing me a great service if you simply recommend or share my page on Fur Affinity with your friends, acquaintances, or anyone who might be interested. Due to my pressing need for funds, I currently have only $3.75 in my pocket, and rent is due in a week. I'm willing to accept commissions at the price you offer, even if it's below my listed rates. I don't know how to go on; I'm feeling shattered and lost in life. I've endured the loss of loved ones and I'm experiencing complete financial inadequacy. I'm counting on you, perhaps more than I should.

Thank you for your feedback, and I appreciate your advice. You're absolutely right; it's essential to showcase your work when looking to take on commissions.
Firstly, I do have six completed works in my gallery that I believe represent my style and drawing skills. While I agree it might not be a vast portfolio, it's a start, and I'm actively working to expand it.
Secondly, I understand the importance of having a clear set of rules for commissions. I want to assure you that under my 'EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS' post, I've stated that I have no limitations on themes or fetishes. I genuinely aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate various requests.
I acknowledge that the six works might not be the ideal showcase for someone looking to commission an artist. This situation was unforeseen, and I found myself in a complex life situation. I would like to clarify that this wasn't the format in which I initially intended to take on commissions; it was a decision driven by unexpected circumstances.
I am actively working to improve, expand my portfolio, and build my reputation as an artist who takes commissions. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and I'm always open to suggestions on how to better serve the community. Thanks again for your input.
