Monster Hunter: Suspicious Side Quest
Four human hunters trek back from an investigation to recover insects that are endangered within a decaying swamp habitat. A Stygian Zinogre Longsword wielder with dark clothes, grey hair, and a left eye scare has pouches of Thunderbugs around his waist belt. “It’s nice to do a simple gathering once in a while.” Virgil remarks patting his pouches but gets a little ZAP from one from one of the bugs. “GYA-jeez.” “Ha ha. You good their V?” A red-headed hunter with a Malzeno Chargblade cackles at Virgil’s misfortunes while walking beside him. “Phoenix, I swear if I hear a single ‘zap’ pun from you…” “Relax, you’re only getting a laugh out of me. Should have just grabbed these Flashbugs, they’re more docile anyways.” Phoenix interjects Virgil, carrying a basket of Flashbugs in front of him while his weapon is holstered on his back.
“I’m just happy to be carrying the Godbugs. Seriously, these lil dudes shine better than silver.” Koro, the Iron Chargeblader with ram horns explains. He has a single Godbug on his left palm, with khaki-colored armor surrounding him from head to toe. “OWW!! Damnit that hurt.” Arminus, the white humanoid with the Bone Bow, yells walking aside to Koro. A Bitterbug crawled out from Arminus’ backpack and bit his shoulder. “Gyahh! I thought Bitterbug was for how they taste, not temper. 5th bite this trip. Anyone wanna switch?” Arminus beckons, though the others half empathize towards his plea. Virgil: “Arminus, you said you didn’t mind which one to grab.” Koro: “And our camp needs them for catalyst. We have to preserve them to so they can repopulate properly.” Phoenix: “Plus hearing you crying about ‘hunting over gathering’ is why we gave you the most tempered ones.”
Arminus just low brows to Phoenix specifically on his comment. “If stating facts on ‘why hunting is better than gathering’ is considered crying. Then I’d bawl my eyes out to fill the rivers.” He retorts, prying the Bitterbug off his neck. “And no one would sleep soundly.” Virgil whispers under his breath. “Not even the monsters.” Koro adds earning some laughs among the three, except Arminus. “Not, DAUHH…” Arminus yelps as he yanks the bug off and puts it in the backpack, “… not funny.” But the other three couldn’t stop laughing at Arminus.
“Na, it’s hilarious. Karma is rolling over ya.” Virgil tells Arminus. “How about I through this bug atcha and see how Kar-” “WWRRRROOOOAARRHHHH” A long wallowing wail disrupts Arminus and halts the four hunters. Fear replaces their laughter as that roar clarified three beastly traits. It is large, terrifying, and in pain. The guttural gripe dwindles to nothing short after, and no one looks at one another. Their thoughts can congregate to a single notion, What the Hell made that noise?
“Guys?” Koro breaks the silence. “Yeah, we know.” Phoenix acknowledges him and turns around. “I, I can’t match the voice to the monster. I’ve hunted plenty of larges, but this sound is… different.” Virgil explains with a puzzling expression. “Like a larger Anjanath. I vote to search.” Arminus suggests with flare in his speech. “We already have this quest Arminus. We need to finish this one first.” Phoenix commands, knowing Arminus is somewhat hot headed. “We’ll have to note this once we complete this quest, we’ll come ba-” “RRRHHEEEEEAAAAAACCHHHH” Koro’s statement gets cut off by a shivering shriek. All four hunters wince or cover their ears from the steel scratching glass cry. It wasn’t long, but their ears rang a bit once it ended.
“Wha… was that the same one?” Arminus asks, releasing his hands off his ears. “Two different roars, that close to each other. And from the same area too. Are they turf waring or something?” Phoenix spouts out possibilities. “No, not a turf war. Might be me, but those two sounds weren’t roars. They felt like… screams of agony.” Virgil assumes towards the group, putting everyone on horror’s edge. Arminus keeps looking at the direction of the monster cries, Phoenix is facing away to continue trekking, and Virgil is standing still thinking with his chin on his hand.
“Guys, we have to examine it.” Koro speaks out. The three focus on Koro, as Phoenix faces him to question. “Wait, why?” “We are hunters, we examine the unknown so we can make it be known. To prepare others to fight or run from whatever comes.” Koro answers Phoenix. “There could be a village in danger. We haven’t explored in that area.” Arminus adds, agreeing with Koro. “Or the monsters could be a danger to themselves. We gotta investigate.” Virgil cues in with the other two. Phoenix is the quest leader, but he knows their words hold true. Plus, he is curious about this whole situation.
“Fine. Let’s explore it. But no engaging.” Phoenix declares as he leads the group. “Finally, some action.” Arminus hypes himself up. PUNCH “Ouch, Koro what the heck?” Arminus bickers at Koro punching him in the arm. “Don’t rush in. Investigate, then initiate.” He explains to Arminus sternly. “Yea, yea, I know. You didn’t have ta hit me though.” As those two talk it out in back, Virgil walks up to Phoenix. “Do you know those roars, at all?” Phoenix asks Virgil worryingly. He just shakes his head grimly to Phoenix. “But we gotta find out.” Virgil comments, earning a nod from Phoenix. The four transverse on foot to the unknown.
A mile or so of travel, Arminus slowly takes the lead beside Phoenix, who notes his eager pace. “Slow up, we go in as a group.” Phoenix reprimands him. “Funny, you said we’d only investigate? I’ll take that ‘go in as a group’ notion as a battle plan.” Arminus rebuttals roguishly. “You’re only a bow, what do you expect to do?” Phoenix scoffs at him. “More than your clunky chargeblade can do with a swing, if you’re even fast enough.” Arminus rebukes back.
Virgil puts a hand on each of their shoulders. “Knock if off you two, fight the monsters not each other.” He advises the two, but that didn’t help much. “I plan to.” Arminus proclaims. Phoenix interjects. “You need a ‘plan’ first hot head.” Arminus rebuttals, "You’ve seen your hair in the mirror, right?” Virgil smacks both hunters upside the head. “Shut it already. Wait where’s Koro?” Virgil asks with his head on a swivel. Rubbing their own heads, Phoenix and Arminus search too. “Guess he’s ichin’ to fight too. I like the spirit.” Arminus comments. “Can it Arminus.” Phoenix bickers at him. “Over here, and keep it down.” A bush shakes and speaks, but Koro’s head pops out of it.
“Why are you in a bush?” Virgil speculates aloud. “Shhhhh, look.” Koro hushes and lifts some leaves out of the way for the three to view. About 40 yards out the four spot two unique monsters in separate cages in an open grass patch surrounded by trees. A pink T-rex with orange fur on its back and blue eyes, a possible variation of an Anjanath. And a Malzeno, but has all black scales with some hints of purple and white eyes. There are steel twine traps restraining each monster inside their cage, which connect to metal stakes. There are two separate hunters applying something to the nets while another is in front of the Anjanath cage and another behind it.
“Seems like this is taken care of.” Phoenix states plainly. RROOOOAAAHHHRRRRR the Anjanath bellows brutally, enough to shake the bush the four hunters are hiding in. “There’s the painful cry again. But the monsters are trapped, yet awake? Why aren’t they asleep?” Virgil states as he examines further and notices the special details in each monster. “Arminus, the Anjanath is Silva and Malzeno is Razor.” Virgil details him. “Pink spade Anjanath and Black Malzeno. Yeah, that’s them alright.” Arminus confirms to Virgil “Those hunters are doing something to them, but I can’t tell from here. Gotta sneak closer to find out.” Arminus explains with curiosity. Phoenix objects, “Don’t, they mi-” SSSKKKRIIIIEEEEEEECCCCHHHHH The black Malzeno pierces the air and leaves with its scream, forcing the hiding hunters to cover their ears.
As the sound dwindles down, the group checks their ears again. “That nearly caused me to go deaf.” Koro complains, trying to shake his head to help his ears. “Nothing makes sense, why is… wait where’s Arminus?” Virgil incites, causing the other two to look as well. “You gotta be kidding, Arminus.” Phoenix grumbles as he sees him creeping closer in bush cover. “I’ll go get him, you two keep watch.” Koro insists as he goes ahead in stealth. He’s the mildest manner of the group. If anyone can persuade him, it’s Koro.
Arminus crouches within a bush behind a tree observing and turns his head as he hears Koro sneaking towards him. “Get back to the group, there’s not point to attack.” Koro advises covertly. “Yes, there is.” Arminus argues quietly and waves an arm to bring Koro over. Listening to Arminus, Koro sneaks over to him and witnesses something disturbing. The two hunters, each one on different traps, are carrying Thunderbugs and Godbugs. “Remember, Thunder on the stake then God on Thunder.” “Got it.” A female hunter spitefully states to the male hunter. They place the beetles in that order upon the stakes connecting to the metal twines. Creating an audible electric sound and visually strong current emitting from the two bugs stacked on top of each other. Both traps seem to be highly susceptible to these bugs’ paralysis. As the monsters twitch and curl from the thunder shock.
Two other hunters, not focusing on the traps, are near the Anjanath cage. The male hunter in front has a jar of Flashbugs and another behind with a jar of Bitterbugs. The hunter behind starts to shake her jar of bugs and releases them onto Anjanath’s tail “Eat up little ones.” She calls out cruelly. Agitated from the shaking, they profusely bit and tear into the tail like axes to lumber. The Anjanath couldn’t help but wide eye from the pain, giving the front hunter the grand opportunity to shake his jar, cover his eyes, and blindly flash the Anjanath. “Should have closed your eyes, dumbass brute.” He cackles from Anjanath’s misfortune and pain.
Koro steps back from the bush, appalled. While Arminus is plain out pissed. He whispers to Koro, “Those bastards are just torturing them. No kill, or capture. Just selfish pleasure from the monsters’ pain.” Koro hears Arminus but realizes something else. “They were in the swamp ego system we went to; their boots still got the same muck as us. Those bugs were taken by them, not dying out. Those hunters are ruining the balance of nature. Why?” Koro solves the situation of the bugs. But is in a dilemma on what to do next. “I don’t know why. But let’s balance it.” Arminus suggests sternly. Koro stares at him in full agreement. Hunters keep the balance of nature, including rogue recreant hunters. “I got a plan, but we need everyone.” Koro responds.
Koro and Arminus group back with Virgil and Phoenix and devise a plan. “Ok review. Phoenix, you and I lead hunters away from traps. Calmly first, but violence as last resort. Virgil and Arminus go flank behind to free the monsters.” Virgil adds to Koro’s plan. “We gonna bring those pricks in too, I guarantee the Silva and Razor will help once we free them.” “Or they squish us.” Arminus interjects. “Wait what?” Phoenix questions nervously at Arminus’ statement. “Don’t worry, they will help us. Arminus is just being a stupid.” Virgil states while punching Arminus in the shoulder. “Ow! Dick.” Arminus complains. “Everyone come on, are we ready or not?” Koro demands concentration; everyone nods in response. “Ok, let’s go then.”
Arminus sneaks long way around near Silva’s cage while Virgil maneuvers quietly to Razor’s cage. Phoenix and Koro observe and see each signal that they are ready. “Ok, let’s move.” Koro initiates as he and Phoenix walk casually to the cages and hunters noticeably open. “Hey, we got some newcomers.” The Flashbug hunter announces. The Bitterbug huntress walks up to join him, but the other female and male trap hunters stay at their cages. “We heard you gathered some rare monsters, we’re here to document the story of you heroes.” Phoenix explains, trying to boost the bastard hunters’ ego. “A story on us, well it’s about time we got our names out there.” The Flashbug huntress flaunts, “stay with those crusty creatures you two, we’ll be back.” She finishes her statement as she and the Flashbug hunter stroll towards Phoenix and Koro.
The plan is half working, but they needed the trap hunters too. “We want to write about each of you. The more points of view, the more interested the patrons will be when they read about you all.” Koro adds, trying to gather everyone’s attention away from the cages. “Ha, finally some recognition.” The male trap hunter shouts. “We’ve had to put this stuff together as those two just toy with these monsters.” The female trap hunter adds. They both come over as well, giving Arminus and Virgil the opening to move in. “Perfect, I’ll take your stories.” Phoenix clarifies to the Flashbug and Bitterbug hunters. “And I’d like to hear your side as well.” Koro enlightens the trap hunters.
As the two take all the attention from the cruel hunters, Arminus gets Silva’s attention as Virgil grabs Razor’s awareness. “Please stay quiet. I’m gonna free ya.” Arminus whispers to Silva. “Here to help Razor, hold still please.” Virgil encourages her. Arminus uses his bow to shoot bone arrows at each metal tether on the trap without electrocuting himself. Virgil quickly slices each tether with his Stygian Long Sword, since it’s dragon-thunder is more powerful to cancel the bugs’ thunder paralysis. Silva and Razor wait patiently but whimper still from the pain.
Meanwhile back to Koro and Phoenix, “And I took my hammer to that miserable Malzeno’s head. Made it cry afterwards for a while.” The female trap hunter explains to Koro, finding her behavior toxic to the tongue. “I went for that atrocious Anjanath’s ankles. Gave it the ‘death via 1000 cuts’ before it fell over. Though I tried not to kill it so I can capture the brute.” The Flashbug male hunter taunts as Phoenix listens with hidden irritation. Koro views behind them for a split second to see Virgil and Arminus almost done. “Hey small stuff, pay attention. I’m getting to the good part.” The male trap hunter demands Koro. “Yes of course. I’m still listening.” Koro responds attentively, keeping their focus on him.
After the last of the metal tethers are cut, the paralysis ceases, and the monsters can freely move as their cages open discreetly. Virgil: “Ok, now just sneak aw-” VWOOSSHHHH Razor flies vertically away. Silva on the other hand, did something different. He gently prowls towards the trap hunters first, and Koro can see him coming too. “So, we grabbed these lil’ bugs from a swamp to help keep these beasts trapped. I hate bugs, but they seem to enjoy hurting the beasts like we do.” The male trapper says with the female close by, to caught up in their glory that they can’t hear Silva coming behind them.
Koro keeps his composure and eyes on the two facing him, while a peripheral vision on the Silva Anjanath. Phoenix bats an eye towards Silva too. “Eyes on me, I got more to say here.” The male Flashbug hunter reprimands him. “O-of course, you were saying?” Phoenix replies holding back his disgust towards them.
Silva prowls lows and steady to the, mostly, unknown group. But stands still a few meters away. He tilts his head up to the sky, and waits. Arminus readies an arrow, assuming Silva is too frightened to engage. Virgil, however, looks up at the sky too and understands the situation. Razor Malzeno didn’t fully leave. “Arminus don’t shoot.” Virgil whispers to him. “Relax, I’m not shooting Silva. Just back em’ up.” Arminus responds wispily as he readies his arrow. Virgil slowly sneaks up to the hunters closer to Koro too.
Phoenix is losing patience hearing these pompous pricks. “Why are Arminus and Virgil not moving to them? Why is Silva standing still staring at the sky? And why is there shade when the sky has no clouds?” Phoenix ponders while pissed, until the cloud shadow moves away from him and above the two hunters he is listening to. The dark space gradually becomes smaller and darker over the two oblivious idiots, and Phoenix is a little too close to the danger zone.
A hinting whistle sounds off, which interrupts the female’s speech. “I say we had a good couple hours of fun with th-, do… do you hear that?” She looks at the other male hunter and they both look at Phoenix. “I just hear you guys, you left off on the ‘fun’ part.” Phoenix lies to them, tricking the two. Koro and his two hunters are safe, at the moment. But he hears a churning noise coming from Silva’s belly. “Was that a frog?” The male says turning to the female, then about to turn around. “Apologies. I’m hungry from our adventure, what was that you said last?” Koro tricks them both, giving Silva the stealth he needs to move closer.
Phoenix nonchalantly moves backwards as the whistle gets louder and shade becomes darker. Until the male notices his action and speaks. “Why ya moving backwards, afraid the monsters will getcha?” “Ha ha! He’s only here to catch stories from TRUE hunters.” The female adds, patting the males shoulder as they both snigger at him.
“I just want to, take in, the view of you two.” Phoenix states calmly in a clever manner. Giving the two hunters more to boast about. “Huh, well enjoy the view kid…” The male says while posing, the females joins in too as the shadow and whistle become louder. “…because you’re gonna enjoy th-” SSSLLAAAAAAAAAAMMMM. Phoenix can now sigh in relief, knowing that he didn’t have to hear their voices again. Razor the Malzeno didn’t fly away, she just waited for the best moment to get ger revenge. By using her gigantic gut of course.
“You’re right, I do enjoy this view.” Phoenix snidely replies crossing his arms, though they can’t hear much of him as they groan from the immense pain. Only a hand from one and a foot from the other are proof someone is underneath this Malzeno’s mass. 3 tons of a big black belly bodies both buffoons. And Razor isn’t even using her full weight, at least not yet.
“HOLY SHIT!” The male screams as he and the female hunter tremor from the impact. While Koro stands unfazed since he has tremor resistance. He crosses his arms in an authoritative manner and proclaims. “You four have tarnished the good name of hunters. By syphoning the beetles form their ecosystem and using them as torture tactics to monsters not required on the quest board.” Phoenix moves besides Koro to add, “Now, we have to bring balance back from your wrong doings. Currently two down, two to go.”
Enraged by their situation, both vile hunters stand up to revolt. “Don’t come any closer or grab your weapons.” “Unless you want us to crush these stupid bugs.” The two spout threats as the female holds the Bitterbugs jar and the male holds the Flashbugs jar up to their heads. Strong throw to the ground will kill the bugs no doubt. Koro and Phoenix temporarily comply. “First, have your pet get off our guys.” Razor hisses at the word ‘pet’, but Phoenix gestures to her to calm down.
Silva grumbles in anger and tries to move up, but Arminus stops him and warns. “Don’t, not if they hold those bug jars. Those bugs can’t get smashed.” Silva’s anger doesn’t hide, but he doesn’t move either realizing the situation. “Virgil we need to-” SWOOOFFFFF!! THUD!!! In an instant, Virgil rushes forward, hops out of the tall hidden grass, and hilt butts the female hunter in the back of the head. “Yuhhff.” Is her last words before lobbing the jar forward and dropping to the dirt out cold. Phoenix hastily catches the jar in midair. “Damn, your fast V.” “Thanks.” The two exchange words. “The hell did…?” the male hunter looks behind him in the tall grass and notices Silva has escaped too. He slowly stands tall and growls garishly.
“You’re alone. There’s no point to continue.” Koro enforces with Virgil at his side, Phoenix back aways with the jar, and Silva behind the last hunter. “You got no demands on me…” The male lifts the jar higher above his head, “…you do what I say or else these bugs will shatter with this jar!” This guy is on fight or flight mode, and is ready to do anything no matter how drastic. Virgil moves in slowly. “Plant your feet or I plant these bugs deep. That goes for you too ya damn beast.” Silva Anjanath roars lightly in irritation at the hunter’s demands, but Silva notices something in the grass moving behind the hunter.
A single arrow pokes out of the grass some meters behind the last hunter, which Koro notices immediately. He views Arminus at half draw aiming at the jar. Koro’s baffling face expression reaches Arminus, visually asking “Why aim there?” Arminus only nods to him as a message, “Trust me.” Koro just gulps and mumbles to Virgil. “V, go after the bugs.” “You sure?” Virgil asks. “Yeah, run to his feet on my count.” Koro implies. Slightly confused, Virgil focuses on dashing to the hunter’s feet on cue.
“Last chance, come in willingly and accept your faults.” Koro commands the Flashbug hunter. “Or what?!” He replies with a twisted grin and nasty tone. “Or I’ll bring you in myself.” Koro promises him, but that doesn’t sway the heinous hunter. “You’re a joke if you think I’ll listen.” He replies, backing up slightly. “Fine.” Koro acknowledges and brings his fingers up to SNAP.
Arminus’s arrow flies free, slashing the hunter’s left hand forcing him to drop the jar. Virgil dashes and dives towards the jar. He catches it and slides between the hunter’s legs. About to wail in pain, the hunter get’s the wind knocked out of him suddenly and falls to his knees. He feels a large stone driven into his diaphragm under his ribs, except that stone was the right fist of a livid hunter named Koro. With Koro’s left arm, he grabs the hunter’s right arm and strains it behind the hunter’s back as he yelps, “Gyaaaahhhhh!!” Koro finally uses his left foot to force the hunter’s torso face down to the ground, pinning him with no bugs as a bargaining chip.
“Nice shot Arminus.” Virgil acknowledges as he stands up. “Thanks, nice jar snag.” Arminus returns the favor. “You’ll answer for your actions at the guild.” STOMP STOMP STOMP Silva shadows over Koro and the hunter, who brings his head down to Koro, nudges him, snarls at the hunter beneath, then audibly STOMPS aloud. “Uhhh Virgil, what’s he doing?” Koro asks, a little worried. “I think he wants to ‘have fun’ with the hunter.” Virgil replies with a little smirk.
“Uh guys, the other one is waking up.” Phoenix points out as the female hunter dizzily brings herself up. “Ohhh, who ever knocked me out, I’m gonna… gonna.” She slows her speech as she fearfully realizes Silva’s right leg next to her. Now focusing on her, Silva lifts his muddy right foot above her. “Y-You should b-” STOMMPP Silva cuts her off with his foot pressing on her. Her arms and legs dangle and strike the foot, even though it is useless to think that would move Silva’s hindleg. He doesn’t fully press on her though, but she isn’t going anywhere no matter how hard she tries.
“Now she’s sleeping again, good one Silva.” Arminus walks over with Virgil to compliment, earning a tail wag and wink from Silva. “Is, is she dead?” Koro concerns. “No, Silva won’t kill anyone if we tell him not too. And we did that at the cages.” Virgil concurs with Koro. “I mean, Razor has been on top of the other two hunters this entire time.” All four of them and the pinned hunter observe Razor happily burying her belly into the ground. She uses her legs to control how much pressure she puts on them, but it’s still enough to keep them at bay. She makes a dent into the earth with a couple of loose hands and feet poking out from under her. As if trying to grasp for freedom they will never reach. This puts the pinned hunter in fright of becoming one with the earth, or one with the monster.
“Wait! You sa-said you’d bring m-me into the gu-guild. R-right?” Koro is silent as they look at their hunters. Phoenix gives a thumbs up, Arminus points to Silva, Virgil just chuckles as he pats Silva’s left leg, and Silva grumbles gleefully. An answer has been decided.
“You will be brought to the guild…” Koro states, as the pinned hunter gives a wicked smile. “…after you are brought to the monster.” The hunter’s face runs pale and quivers his bottom lip scared. Virgil takes a step back as Silva brings up his left lumbering leg and looms his prodigious pad over him and Koro. Silva uses his tail to load off the weight of his feet, just to make sure he doesn’t kill anyone. “Now Silva!” Koro shouts, dodge rolls backwards away from the danger zone. “GYYAAHH-” FFWWOOMMMPPPP!!!! Silva digs his digits deep into the dirt. He exchanges weight from one foot to the other over the two twits, all while putting a significant amount of his weight on his tail.
While Silva Anjanath uses his hunters as sandals and Razor Malzeno squishes her hunters like a mattress, Phoenix, Virgil, Arminus, and Koro sorts out the bugs missing from the swamp in the area. Then they give the monsters more ‘free time’ as they gather their original baskets they left behind on their previous path. Koro does a final tally of everything. The traveling took about 2 hours or so until everyone was together again. “Flashbugs, check. Godbugs, check. Bitterbugs, check. And Thunderbugs are a check.” Koro announces happily.
“Good now we just have to get them back to their swamp spot.” Phoenix states when Virgil wraps an arm around his shoulder and speaks. “And we can take care of the convicts afterwards. When they are done of course.” He points a thumb at the happily occupied Razor and Silva. “Or, they can help us transport all of this now so we don’t have to trek on foot. I’m starving, so let’s use their help to eat something quickly.” Arminus suggests with some sternness to his voice. “Let’s go tell them that then. They should be satisfied by now.” Phoenix agrees as he, Virgil, and Arminus walk over to them.
Razor and Silva are parallel from one another, but facing opposite directions, with Silva facing the three hunters and Razor’s tail facing them too. “Hey you two, we need to bring the beetles back to their habitat quickly. And need your help carrying them.” Virgil informs the two, but both monsters look at each other then back at their squashed hunters under them. “They won’t be hurting anyone again after we take them to the guild. But we need to do the bugs first.” Phoenix remarks, but the two monsters whimper slightly hearing they must stop playing with their ‘toys’.
Arminus’ stomach gurgles again, he is now talking in a hangry tone. “Listen you two. Get off them now and help us. You can at least do that since we saved you in the first place.” Silva Anjanath brings his bed sized head down close to Arminus and grumbles at his tone. “Save it Silva, you can be mad at me later. Now hurry it up already.” Arminus turns around expecting the Anjanath and Malzeno to move, which they do.
“Virgil, why is Razor walking backwards?” Phoenix asks watching her huge hind end hover over them both. Virgil replies with a sly smirk, “I think I know why.” BWWOOOOMMPPPP Razor plants her posterior on the two, giving each hunter a charitable chunky cheek to be smothered under. Razor begins motioning herself back and forth, feeling the hunters drag with her movement. And Phoenix and Virgil only got a glance of light whenever she would shift herself forward. But their small window of the outside is of Razor’s doughy dumpy and waging tail.
Arminus hears a thud behind him and stops and turns around slowly. “Who ever sat down is gon-” Arminus stops mid-sentence noticing Silva’s rear idling above him. Silva veers over his hip to blep and taunt his titan tail end at Arminus. “S-Silva, you wouldn’t-” WWHHOOOMMPPPP but Silva certainly did. With his sizable spheres, Silva sits on Arminus in a mud pile. Splattering his seat wide as he begins to sink deeper and deeper into the mush. Arminus couldn’t move much as he was wedged between this landwhale’s wobbly wagon. And Silva just couldn’t help but move his mass side-to-side, just to make sure Arminus is snug and then some more.
“Hey guys, did you get the monsters yet… guys?” Koro questions aloud, only to turn around to find Razor Malzeno and Silva Anjanath grinding the three into the earth. And with more enjoyment too since the monster’s know these hunters can take their full weight. “I’ll just, wait here then.” Koro talks to himself, making sure he isn’t taking part as a cushion himself. From seeing the previous four foul hunter’s prone aftermath of the two monster’s, Koro didn’t even want to fathom his groups aftermath. Thankfully nobody got too damaged, but there may be some hunter stamps in the earth or on some monster.

His characters are the Pink Anjanath and Black Malzeno named Razor.
Hunters from left to right are: Arminus (my oc), Virgil
