Beelzebub needs to inflate hers' and Octavia's bellies up with Beelzejuice, alongside Loona's belly as well, so that all three of the cute furry girls could smoosh their extra tight, inflated bellies together. Probably around Vortex, too, just to crank the fetishiness all the way up to eleven.
I think a lot of people expected Bee to be fat considering she rules the gluttony ring, but honestly, I think I prefer the direction they went with her design, combining her vulpine base with insectoid features like the four arms and antennae while her hair and tail are more like the contents of a lava lamp.
