Stone Giant of Inheritance

Finally finishing up my lineup of Giants - Had the sketch lines for this guy sitting in my drop box for years, but needed to stretch and redraw a bunch of him to get him at least roughly in the lanky format I envisioned.

In Inheritance, about a century before a magical phenomenon called the Event killed every living thing with a human, humanoid, or ape-like face, the Giant Races all had a premonition of this disaster. In each group, a small but significant population underwent a ritual to reform them as an animal analogue race.

Stone Giants chose something between a cave and a polar bear, but still retaining their tall, lanky humanoid build. Though giants are more secretive and rare than in a lot of other D&D fantasy worlds, they still exist and listen to the rumblings of the Ordning, distrust dragonkind, and occasionally craft wondrous magic items that defy their reputation for being simple minded and uncomplicated monsters.
