Nah, Clan Skryre are the Technologically advanced Clan that develop much of the Skaven Weaponry (hence why Ratling gunners are not so widespread). Clan Rictus and Clan Mors are basically the Clan built purely around frontline troops, each utilizing unique tactics (Clan Mors: Brutal but Cunning, Clan Rictus: Cunning but Brutal.)

Clan Pestilens are "Biowarfare", developing plagues and cures at the same time. Clan Moulder are the Clan of Mutants, creating Biowarfare of a different sort.

Clan Eshin are the assassins and Infiltraitors... And are thankfully not full of French Snorters that smell like Bread.
