To adopt a character, you need to participate in the auction.
Some general information on adoptable auction abbreviations:
SB = Starting Bid/Base Bid = The first and lowest bid you can make for the adoptable character
MB = Minimum Raise = The minimum amount of money that you need to add to a previous bid to beat it
AB = Autobuy/Buyout = The price that you need to pay to be sure to get the adoptable (instant winning the auction)
You can see other auction rules in the “rules” section above ^^
If you win the auction, after the payment the adopt becomes yours. You will receive a full resolution image without watermarks and will be able to use it as you wish ^^
