Что забавно, в идее изначально не было людей, но потом оказалось выглядит слишком апокалиптично х) Пришлось малек разбавить одиночество

It seems our favorite big red and mighty Ray developed sort of therapy habit of relaxation procedures lying among the lavender and inhale their calming smell to clear the mind and make soul rest
And also it looks like he doesn't care about humans close to him collecting plants. Though what they could possibly do to him, if only they can just annoy him with their presence. But he is so peaceful that it is even surprising to such person that has a title of Berserker Lord. looks
And indeed... When he is calm he looks even more beautiful for some reason. You definitely did an amazing job at making him like that and showing him in his full glory. Also the atmosphere is just so nice and thicc that even looking at this art I can feel tranquility

We came up with the idea for the lavender field by accident, when I talked about the soothing properties of these colors and showed photos the fields how they are grown. Well, it took almost a year for me to implement it hehe

Every masterpiece can only be born in the most and hard work
Time is a main ingredient for this recipe
And i prefer when artist spend more time of concept, beauty and quality than on the non-stop conveyor of decent arts

I know you said drawing pieces like these is an absolute pain and a chore, but my goodness does it look absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The way you drew those scales looks so awesome! Very powerful and strong all around! The depth of the image, especially how the tail goes deep into the background, really adds even more beautiful to this already gorgeous and colorful image!
