I'd imagine some of them will go away over time (i.e. the breasts), but some won't (i.e. he hips).

Like Raydis said, I also like when mpreg adds some feminine features. Makes it seem a little more real, once you get past the biological side of putting a baby in someone who IRL doesn't have the baby-growing/having parts, of course. Nice to see it as a different take.

Plus, I'm a longtime lover of the mom-bod, so giving a dad a new kind of dad-bod keeps it good even after the pregnancy is over.

Yeah, that was the direction I wanted to go in for the same reasons. I really like the idea of mpreg forcing a mans body to change in order to aid in the pregnancy and birth. Wider hips, breast growth ect. I feel it just adds to the theme.
