In case my handwriting is atrocious enough that you can't read it, here's a transcript of the important bits because what even is a text tool really?

Name: Aster Zuran'Gatte (pronounced Aster (rhymes with blaster) Zoo-ran Gat (rhymes with cat))
Species: Bestboi (Fox Dragon)
Occupation: Raegal's Harbinger (official title is "Harbinger of Spooky Boys", but if Aster wants to be taken seriously, he refers to himself as the "Harbinger of Wicked Forest")
Age: Late 20's
Height: 5'5" (Small on average, but normal sized for an adult Bestboi)
Personality: Friendly, quiet, well-liked. Has a narrow taste in music. Not physically strong, but magically, he's a more powerful Void Mage than he looks. Often lost in thought and oblivious.
Likes: Ear rubs, cute boys, gentle rain, camping for a week straight alone in Wicked Forest, biiiiiig hugs.
Dislikes: Littering, most music that doesn't fit his narrow taste, clingy girls, people who disrespect nature.

Important notes on his design:
His eyes are blank white and glow in the dark like many of his species. Because of the size and length of his ears, his droop down from the weight instead of sticking straight back like others of his species. He has a beloved headphone band he often wears in order to listen to music. It has the words "WUBBY BOY" printed on the front. People think it's cheesy, but he loves it dearly and it has a worn look if you look closely. His teeth are sharp, and his fangs are short, but sticking out of his mouth at all times because he finds it comfortable. He's usually smiling and is often in a good mood. His hoodie bears Raegal's emblem on the front (Raegal put it there as a gift). His foot paws are a little on the big side and have three toes each. He stands digitigrade (on his toes instead of the whole foot). Rubbing his ears will quickly get you on his good side.

He keeps to himself a lot and is often seen listening to dubstep or other very bass-heavy music, as that is his favorite. An unfortunate quirk of his personality is that he really doesn't care for most music that doesn't have the "bassy kick" he likes, which annoys more open-minded music fans and ultimately leaves interesting doors closed to him musically that would otherwise be open.
He can't draw very well, but he loves to watch others do so.
His self-esteem is surprisingly high given his dour tastes in rainy weather and gloomy aesthetics; he loves cold colors and dim lighting (understandable as the planet he lives on is very dim indeed because of it's brown dwarf star). If it's spooky, he's into it.
He loves his "WUBBY BOY" headphone band, and especially loves that it makes people cringe when he wears it.
He sometimes takes week-long camping trips deep into Wicked Forest (which is very close to his home village) by himself so he can reflect, study the rare plants and animals that live there, and practice magic.
His calm nature and firm understanding of the natural balance make him exceptionally well-suited to handling the psychological pressures of potent void magic, and his frequent practice while camping has made him a very formidable mage as a result, outclassing nearly everyone else in his village except the elders, although few are aware of it. He studies magic for the sake of knowledge, rather than for power, and is why Raegal is particularly fond of him as a Harbinger and protegé.
Having Raegal's boon as Harbinger further magnifies Aster's magical powers, making him an extremely dangerous opponent should conflict arise, although it seldom does, and Aster tries very hard to solve problems peacefully before resorting to force, and even then, he has never killed anyone (although Raegal has occasionally stepped in to finish off would-be retaliators.)
Another power Raegal lends him is the ability to detect lies. Ignorance foils this for Aster (but not Raegal) but if you knowingly tell a falsehood to Aster when asked directly about something, he will know regardless of your poker face.
He and Raegal share a friendly relationship as they have similar tastes and interests, although Aster has to consciously remind himself not to come off as too respectful towards Raegal as he hates the idea of being put on a pedestal since it engenders dependency and makes people, in his words, "become little helpless noise-makers that can't do anything for themselves and always misinterpret what I say to justify being mean to each other." Aster agrees with this viewpoint, but also cannot help but admire not only Raegal's dedication to protecting the forest, but the sheer skill at which he weaves his void magic to create a multi-layered blanket of enchantments and curses throughout.
As Harbinger, Aster serves as Raegal's eyes and ears outside of Wicked Forest, allowing Raegal to better understand folks without startling them, as his eccentricities tend to frighten people and draw too much attention, a problem Aster lacks utterly, which makes him a valuable asset. This bond allows them to communicate telepathically as-needed, and grants Aster the unique ability to summon Raegal directly without coming to harm. In exchange, Raegal knows everything Aster knows, and is able to freely possess him over long distances in situations where Aster's meekness or lack of centuries of magical experience would hinder him or potentially cause him harm.
Aster's bond with Raegal also grants him a unique power Aster calls "Demonic Inspiration". He hasn't mastered this ability yet (and likely won't for at least a decade of consistent and considerable practice) and cannot activate it at will, but it allows him to become an Aspect of Raegal temporarily, amplifying his magical abilities and granting him access to some of Raegal's physical characteristics such as extreme magical resistance, supernaturally sharp claws, and the ability to weave incredibly complex spells rapid-fire. The cost of this power is excessive, however, and Aster becomes utterly drained and useless for days after it wears off. Raegal is conducting his own research on how to best control this ability and reduce the after-effects of it's use.
Aster is a sweet boy who just wants ear rubs and deep wubs. (No seriously, if you pet his ears, he will melt)
