Art for  Bazilpup

You may notice this is very different then my usual non-painting style. That is because I finally broke down and made myself do a whole piece in clip studio paint. My process for a while has been: sketch and line on the iPad in procreate>upload to the computer>color and shade in SAI painter. If you go back really far in my gallery you'll see my linework changed around when I started using the iPad too! I'm undecided if I fully want to use CSP moving forward. There were things I liked and things I didn't like. I'm also not sure if I could fully switch for painting. SAI painter uses a special way to blend colors that is more like physical painting then any other program I've tried before.

Sometimes I wonder what my art would look like if I started in digital. My first real medium was oil paint. It's really neat how much tools can effect the art style!
