New comm sheet, and some additional info to help understand each tier (more specifically the difference between the first two)

Sketches:
Self explanatory, they're the cheapest and fastest tier. They're the smallest resolution available so keep that in mind, it's gonna be a small picture.

Colored Sketches:
They're larger in resolution than sketches and more detailed in general, also a relatively fast tier with pictures usually done in a day total time, mileage may vary.

Flat Colors:
Detailed inks, large resolution, pretty self explanatory as well.

Full Color:
Same as above, but the whole works and usually the biggest possible resolutions depending on the picture.
