A slight critique, but I think the diapers he's holding look a bit small, like they're meant for children.

adult diapers tend to be fairly huge, a decent way to get the size right is to visualize if it would fit around a character's waist if you were to tape it on.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind :3 Though I did check with my partner who wears and they personally find it the proper size. So possibly more references needed <3
