this update includes :
2 new zones (and music)
new enemy
variation of enemies with additional pattern (and funny defeat animation)
story events which will fill the plot hole of story before game begins.
and various minor changes

lol someone beat me to it but I am wondering the same. Seeth had a lovely and honestly pretty unbias review given the fetish subject matter. I'm sure may it be morbid curiosity or just because it interested them in some way a lot of people will be giving it at least a try due to it. Seeth only real complaint iirc is over the weird hitboxes (mostly how shockwaves can happen on different levels from the attack) but otherwise he mostly just told how it was as a game.
