So I've been taking a break to slow down with writing structured series. And been listening to some Dungeons and Dragons podcasts as I'm developing my own TTRPG. Anyway, I see this one character and I'm drawing her in a certain pose, and I go, "What if she was in a dungeon and wasn't standing."

Uh so anyway, I may or may not have accidentally invented an entire dungeon with a backstory. So these two little red guys are known as Crimsons, specifically these are the Crimsons of Rageq (ray-sheek). So basically, Crystal may have wondered upon sacred grounds, and gotten through traps.

You can see here I went a little Indiana Jones. Only Archaelogists can safely traverse this area, because there are boulders, arrows, and the net is there as an implication as how she finally got caught. Now they're restraining her as one of the Crimsons prepared to whack her with a giant stick for trespass.

The guards here were fun for designing, I made up to random NPCs. Rhuberb is the one holding the stick, the staff, and he's not quite right in one eye. He is known as a "Medium", although he has a strong Strength stat. The one holding her (Pohtato) is kinda grabbing the scruff and trying to put her over the board where there's a chin rest. They don't want her turning around and snapping at someone.

The traps are meant to keep others out, and as soon as you trespass, the door closes. So yeah.

Let's give a round of applause for her for surviving, and let's see if she somehow escapes even this.
