Its a cartoon where goofy has to clean a circus elephant well there’s one scene where he sticks the water hose into his outfit and the elephant turns on the water and it starts to fill his suit until it explodes.

Well the artist AxleGrease-75 on deviantart made an OC character that was inspired by that cartoon, her name is Gloria Geronomi and her elephant Dodsworth.

Well fifi here is dressed up just like her with the suit the hat and the water hose lodged in her suit and there’s me with my eyes bugging out of my skull.
