As I stated way back when, I designed my OC Meadow: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/45485989/ to be the star of a plant based transformation. (Although this doesn't mean she won't star in animal TFs as well =3)

Meadow was out and about on one of her nature hikes when she came across a clearing. Noticing some plant life forming a curious pattern on the ground, she tried to get a closer look at the anomaly. However, as soon as she stepped into the circle, the Fay magic washed over her, not taking well to having an outsider inside.

It started with her toes burrowing into the ground, causing her to be unable to leave. She soon found herself stretching her hand toward to sky as her fingers grew out into branches. Bark started covering her skin, her mid-section looking more like a trunk than a stomach. She tried calling out for help, but found this hard to do as leaves started forcing themselves out of her mouth. Her fate was sealed.
