Salt-Free Fry Seasoning
Ingredients:
¼ cup Southwest Steak Seasoning dry rub
1½ tsp garlic powder
1½ tsp Ancho Chili Dried
1 tsp Pure Ancho Chile powder
1 tsp Ancho Chile Light Powder
½ tsp Tandoori spice
¾ tsp Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese 7 Spice)
1 tbsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
¼ tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp Ground Habanero Pepper
1/8 tsp Chipotle Pepper
1/8 Tsp Jalapeno Pepper
½ tsp Chili Powder
Instructions:
Mix all spices as thoroughly as possible, store in an airtight and clearly labeled container and season to taste.
Once I get me a good mortar and pestle, I am going to get some dehydrated Ghost Peppers and Carolina Reaper Peppers, grind them into a powder and mix some into a separate container of seasoning for experimentation. Will let you know when I do that and the final results.
