That's an insane amount of work,

I'm probably gonna stop/slow for a bit after 20.

I like the concept but the shielding is sorta confusing to me. Does it heavily reduce damage (what I would expect)? I didn't exactly get that feel in the video since the opponents used weren't exactly heavy hitters like Gumbo or Julian who can take a good chunk out of you.

It reduces damage for the rest of the round. So it's quite a handy power-up against heavy hitters. Design-wise it's also a meter sink, since Andy intentionally only has 1 offensive super, to push that he's more of a defensive character.

Andy is hecking awesome dude, due the Panacea assistance makes it more fun to play!.

Where did you learn to make mugen characters? Their mechanics are so good

The starting tutorials got me started, learning from what already exists, and having a friend who's already knowledgable helped tremendously. As well as considering a lot of FGC editorials on youtube for game design.

I really like the designs. How long did it take you to make this character

AI And everything?

Each character for me is around 3-4 Months now. The majority of the time is the animation. It used to be 2-3 months per character.

What did you use to animate...and you made the sprites yourself?

The sprites were animated using Aseprite. It's a cheap program for sprite work and did me better than photoshop.

does any program work for sprites or Photoshop/Aseprite is recommended

You can use whatever works to make sprites.

Yes.

It just occurred to me that having an armadillo's shell in a world filled with giant dominating girls; who happen to use their asses via face-sitting and farting to subdue their "prey", is probably the worst/best thing possible. Just imagine growing up with Aroma; Enorma, Pastilla, etc as neighbors, or worse, going to school in Gold Springs :O.

A normal day for him would be Georgia sitting on his armored belly, keeping him nice and steady while Roxxxi takes a seat on his face. His arms flailing helplessly about, extended too far off the ground to even be able to attempt gaining leverage (not that he would have any chance of succeeding if he could, but not even being able to try O_O), his arms strategically reduced to do nothing other than pathetically smack and flail against the giant, soft, stanky ass that completely dwarfs his tiny frame, and his legs continuously kicking aimleslly in the air. At first in attempt to escape and eventually in fear of being tickled, until he's too tired to even squirm, leaving him vulnerable to all of his alpha betters taking turns using his face as an after workout seat and his tongue as a sweat drying towel-rag, making sure to use him thoroughly and cleaning themselves spotless. Turns out tickling him makes him work harder

Focusing hard enough on his cleaning duties every now and again would allow him slight relief in the form of their asses being let up, barely, but only dreadfully long enough to hear through all the wobbling, slimy, sweaty, stanky, nasty, ass "Your head is the only one that easily goes so far in! Reaching all the way DEEP inside my pucker! It's so fucking comfortable! You were Literally BORN for this Andy!" before it descends full weight back down, metaphorically and literally pinning him into his natural, but unfair place in his world's food chain...

I suppose a guy like that putting all of his time into developing extremely strong armor and powerful weapons doesn't sound too far-fetched an idea all of a sudden XD
