"My Daddy told me that flatheads have very smooth brains."
Cera
Gender: Female
Age: 12
Species: Three-Horn (Triceratops)
Affiliation: The Treestar Chasers
Biography:
Born into a harsh and uncaring world, and shortly after losing contact with her family, Cera learnt one of the most important lessons on surviving in the Great Beyond, Never do so alone. Despite the rough start with her friends, she quickly comes to understand that even the toughest Three horn isn't invincible alone and that working together was essential for their survival.
Upon reaching one of the last standing cities in the world, The Great Valley. The gang of five formed a team called the "Treestar Chasers" While Cera offered to lead of the team, she was unsurprisingly outvoted by Littlefoot for the position. She didn't mind too much and silently agreed that he would've made a better leader anyways. Upon reuniting with her father, Cera, unimpressed by her performance in the mysterious beyond, begin to toughen herself up with an intensive training schedule, and having her father teach her how to more effectively fight.
Cera would eventually get her chance to prove her abilities as a leader, when Littlefoot went missing after leading a pack of fast biters away from his friends. With him out of the picture, it falls on Cera to lead the Chasers to safety, get Littlefoot back, and escape from the great beyond. Despite a shaky start, she soon gets the hang of things, and finally understands why Littlefoot was such a great leader in the first place, it was because he saw the true strength of his friends, trusting and knowing what they were capable of, seeing them as people, equals, instead of lessers who had to serve him. With this in mind she lead her friends to safety, reunited with Littlefoot, and with help from another Longneck named Doc, the Treestar Chasers all returned to the Great Valley in one piece. After that adventure, Littlefoot has made Cera into a backup leader for the team in the event where he couldn't lead them.
Cera, finally understanding the importance of seeing the humanity in her friends, is no longer as mean or bigoted as she once was. Although she admits she still has plenty to learn about other dinosaurs and the world. She continues to train hard every day, preparing for anything the mysterious beyond will throw at her next!
Skills:
Cera surpasses all her friends in terms of raw strength alone. Being the daughter of the Great Valley's head of security, she is one of the few characters to have actual combat training, her fighting style involves a wide variety of punches, grabs, kicks, slams, beatdowns, or even just headbutting her opponents with the three horns on her head, she isn't afraid to fight dirty and has been known to bite down hard with her beak when she's desperate.
Cera is given a pair of Pneumatic Gauntlets for weapons, drastically improving her striking strength by a huge factor. Built by Littlefoot, these gauntlets, if charged up, are capable of delivering punches strong enough to shatter tough materials like stone, and concrete. allowing Cera to tear down solid walls, push heavy objects out of the way, or even just giving a Sharptooth a hard tooth shattering punch to the jaw.
In this picture Cera poses near a bubbling river of lava, flexing and showing off the new armored vest her father gave her, along with her Pneumatic Gauntlets.

Peneumatic Gauntlets? I had wondered how you would describe the type of equipment that 'Jackie Briggs' brought to 'Mortal Kombat 10 and 11'. Super awesome!
Should Cera's gauntlets work like Jackie's, I would not want to be at the receiving end of one of those punches. Plus, despite Jax's daughter being military, like her dad, and having all her training, I'd have to say that Cera would lay her flat for just how Cera is. Once Cera would get the upper-hand, any opponent would be doomed.

It makes a lot of sense in how Ducky and Cera both have parents in high positions within The Great Valley. Since The Stone Of Cold Fire, we were fully introduced to a 'Meeting Region' where those deemed best to represent the populace would discuss matters of profound impact to The Great Valley citizens if, or if not, followed through upon.
Mr. Three Horn / Topsy never fails to show up at these meetings as a 'Devil's Advocate' for anything that Grandpa Longneck attempts to pass through the valley's representatives. This can help out a lot to ensure all possibilities are considered and, from his point of view, the most defensive and safe posture is taken to ensure The Great Valley is not compromised by raiding groups, like Red Claw and his crew.

Cera's dad would really be protective of his daughter, which is much like Jax was to Jackie in 'Mortal Kombat'. However, unlike the MK father and daughter fighters, Topsy is a "Best defense is a strong offense". He'd pride himself on empowering his daughter to not only defend herself, but also be able to protect the citizens of The Great Valley if non-combat ready dinos need an opportunity to escape while she tears down all those who threaten the peace and prosperity The Great Valley has brought to those who have reached and developed it.

Sorry for all the 'Mortal Kombat' refs, but I just can't stop thinking of Cera really going to town when it comes to fighting for her friends, her honor, her father, and to show she is just as much worth being looked up to as Littlefoot.

Well, you're not wrong, she even kinda looks like Jacqui, as her outfit consists of an armored vest worn over a singlet, with military looking pants and boots. She's also definitely more of a "punch first, ask questions later." kinda of character. With a moveset that wouldn't seem out of place in a wrestling league (Trust me, she has more than enough strength to piledrive a fast biter into the dirt if she has to).
As to Cera's dad whose canonical name is... and I'm not kidding, "Daddy Topps" (It's what's credited at the end of the first movie). I know people have gone on to calling him "Topsy" because it's what Tria calls him, although I think it might be more of a nickname, or pet name Tria gave him. One suggestion I have is to call him Denver Topps, which I think could work. (Since, fun fact: the first Triceratops fossil was found in Denver, Colorado). I'm still working a little more on Cera's father, one plan I have is that he has one of his three horns broken after fending off an attack from three BigBiter Sharpteeth, which... According to Littlefoot's Grandpa... isn't made up, and was as horrible of a fight as it sounds.

Denver Tops? Now that is the name I can go with. :)
And, yes, 'Topsy' is far more a 'term of endearment' than a genuine name. Plus, thanks to Littlefoot's dad, Brawn, we learn that the more cutesy names are updated upon reaching adulthood. :)

It felt so good to read all these and imagine all the possibilities for stories and gaming adventures. A very well done effort that, no doubt, you will have additional entries in the future for.
