• I accept any characters, species and backgrounds. but I warn you that even if I do my best, some things I have no experience and might not look so good! such as humans/humanoids, objects, cities, interiors...
[ I DO NOT ACCEPT 👎 ]
• NSFW and fetishes in general.
• I'll not accept any kind of: Sexualizing Babyfurs, Incest, Non Consent, Kidnapping, Political stuff
• I'll not accept any ideas that sexualizes, harms or abuses a character with a diaper even if the character is adult.
• I do not do animation commissions, only animated YCHs!
[ HOW MANY WEEKS FOR MY COMMISSION TO BE FINISHED? ANY DEADLINES? ]
• If your commission is as simple as a Flat Color Icon it can take 1 week to be finished! if your commission is a Soft Shading Fullbody with 2 Characters it can take 2 to 3 weeks, if your commission is really BIG such as a Soft Shading Fullbody + Detailed background + 5 Additional Characters then it can take 1 or 5 months, or more... I will not set any deadlines right here because I don't know the scale of your order and how real life events will affect my art process. (Please remember that I have real life to care of too, I am not a art machine lol.)
• Important: I go to therapy for generalized anxiety and panic attacks treatment and it is really hard to concentrate on drawing anything after you have a panic attack, which leads to commission delays and me not being online to answer questions or send WIPs because I NEED some time to recover, so please be patient and understand that sometimes I might finish a simple commission in less than 1 week, and sometimes in more than 2 weeks...BUT also please don't forget about the size of your commission order, if you commissioned me a BIG detailed commission then your commission WILL take more than 1 month to be finished because that is a LOT of work to do!
• Don't be shy to ask for WIPs anytime you're curious! I will never deny sending you every single screenshot of progress I make if you ask. (Don't forget to read "[WORK PROCESS]" below ↓ )
• if you need URGENT work it'll add 250% to the art price and I will do my best to finish the art before the chosen deadline.
• Do NOT rush me if you didn't pay for it. Do not ask me daily for your commission status because this is stressing.
[ PAYMENT ]
• USD (Paypal) or BRL (for brazilian users ONLY: Pix)
• If you claim to be brazilian, I'll speak in portuguese with you.
• I need to be paid first before starting the commission.
• I require full payment upfront.
• if the work costs more than $200 USD, then you can pay in 2 payments. The second payment is after the sketch is done and confirmed by you that it is as you wish.
• No refunds. if you make a refund in Paypal - immediately block and blacklist forever.
• If you want to cancel the commmission in the middle of it for whatever reason, just remember this: your money will not be refunded even if the art is not complete yet. Please make sure you want to commission me before truly commissioning me.
• Any type of comics are calculated according to my Commission sheet prices on separate categories like headshot, halfbody or fullbody at each separated panel. Which means, if you want a comic with 4 headshots, It'll be the price of 4 headshots.
• The same situation applies to references.
[ BEFORE ORDERING ]
• My normal art prices are only for personal use, and can’t be used as commercial without the value being readjusted. Which means you can’t sell my art work before talking to me.
• Even though you have bought the art and it is a character of yours, I am still the author of the art. This means you DON'T OWN the piece copyright's, only your character copyright's.
• I will not create and sell merch of my commissions featuring your characters or post them on my Patreon/Ko-Fi or my other social medias because I don't want to. But if you commission me art of my own characters or canon characters from games/animes/cartoons/movies/books, then I might do.
• I have the right to use all drawn images as portfolios or posts unless you pay for it to be a private art. I charge 100% for private art.
• I can post the art as anonymous buyer for free. (Which means I'll not mention you in the art description)
• It's prohibited to put watermarks on my artwork as it can create confusion about authorship.
• After receiving your commission do NOT delete my watermark from the art, this is disrespectful, and can also cause you to enter in my blacklist.
• I will send you my Paypal.Me, after paid, I'll start the work!
• When requesting a commission you should tell me every little detail of how you want the art to be, what pose, what the characters express, what the background will be like, what the characters will be doing, where the light is coming from, if it's day or night, sunny or rainy, any extras... everything needs to be said in details. Please be very clear.
• I need your collaboration being online to approve each WIP part of your commission since I'll send you the sketch and flat color screenshots to be approved, to make sure everything is ok.
• If you have a lot of questions or things to say, say them all in one message. I can answer your questions faster if you just ask everything at once. It's better for both of us.
• I have the right to decline working for you again if you: disrespect me, make me really uncomfortable, stress me or harass me.
[ WORK PROCESS ]
• I work better with visual image references. I need only 3-10 maximum number of fullbody/pose/background/objects image references. Please AVOID sending me image puzzles for me to fix. (Example: image 1 head, image 2 tail, 3 body type, 4 base colors, etc)
• I repeat: Be VERY CLEAR on all the small little details of the art, poses, background, items...If you're not sure what you want at all please allow artistic liberty :)
• When the first sketch is done, a screenshot is sent for approval. If you want to change anything, I'll send you another screenshot with all the changes, if you approve, I'll start the next step (flat color) if the art is not finished yet. And you can NO longer ask for lineart changes or there will be extra charge.
• When the flat color is done, a screenshot is sent for approval. if you approve, I'll start the final step (shading) if the art is not finished yet. And you can NO longer ask for heavy color changes or there will be extra charge.
• Shading takes most of my time and it's the FINAL STEP to finish the art, so when I tell you I'll start the shading it means you can NO longer ask to change anything in the whole art including the shading. Which (also) means I'm finishing the art, and after the art is finished, you can no longer ask to change anything.
• 100% extra charge for having me restart a piece entirely after it is colored or almost finished.
• The WIP process screenshots gives you the opportunity to immediately report if I forgot something or you want to change something. After providing the process screenshots I'll be waiting for your response because you might want to make edits. if there is no answer I will NOT continue the work, because your approval is a very important step.
• Be very clear of all the changes you want me to make when I send you the first screenshot for approval, I do a minimum 10 screenshot changes per step, so If you start to ask for TOO MUCH changes in the art I'll have to charge you a fee of $5 or $10 USD. A lot of changes take a lot of time and can be annoying or even stressing.
• All the commissions will be made with lots of love, work and effort, I always do my best. After finished, I'll send you a download link on Google Drive where you can download the art with maximum quality. My arts usually have the size close to 2000 x 2000 or 4000 x 4000 pixels or more, depending on the art I'll be adjusting the size so everything fits right, and the size and quality makes them perfect as wallpapers.
[YCH / Auction T.O.S]
My normal T.O.S apply here too! for example: No refunds, No private art...etc.
• Payment in 48 Hours. If the winner loses their place, the second higher bidder gets the YCH.
• If you happen to keep deleting all your bids or keep placing bids but never answer my notes you will be automatically blocked.
• Do NOT discourage other bidders nor try to guilt trip me. Comments like: "I hope no one else bid" "I'm poor I'm sad ): " "Only rich people can afford this" or any of the kind will be deleted. it is unecessary and uncomfortable for me and my clients too. If I see you doing this I will end up blocking your account to stop total contact.
• Do NOT keep asking me to "change the SB price", to give you a discount or anything like that. I will decline, and if you continue, the only thing you're going to get is being blocked.
• Do NOT Bid if later on you're not going to want the art, be fully sure of wanting it. If this happen more than once, I'll have to block you.
• I NEED your character reference sheet! please avoid sending me more than 3 images and each image as a puzzle for me to fix. (Example: image 1 head, 2 tail, 3 body type, 4 base colors, etc)
• My YCH Rules are CLEAR about body types, species, gender, themes, anything. This is a "your character here" NOT a regular personalised commission. Do not ask for changes if it's clear in the rules that I'll not do them. Because I have the right to decline.
• Do NOT rush me if you didn't pay for it. Do not ask me daily for your YCH commission status. I update my TO-DO list that's on my profile everytime I make progress on works and I always send the sketch WIPS too! if you want to see all the WIP steps please ask so I will send much more WIPS, but remember I will do at my own speed. I'm not a art machine and I have real life to care of too! If you keep asking me daily on every single YCH you buy, I might block you after I finish the work because that is stressing.
[Adoptables T.O.S]
• Every once a year I delete all the unwatermarked adopt files from my PC and Google Drive to keep it clean, SO it's YOUR obligation to save, keep and store the files carefully on your FurAffinity, Google Drive, Cloud, Toyhouse or any social media you use to store your adopted characters and not lose the files. Because if you lose the adopt files that's your fault, not mine.
• You may not claim my artwork or design as made by you, and even if you edit my artwork, I must remain credited as the original artist and designer.
• I do base adoptables a lot, so remember to credit me and the base maker!
• You can do whatever you want with the character after bought! edit it, change it, sell it, make merch, use for fursuits etc. All rights to the character I give you, it is your character now.
• I do NOT do refunds! if you want to give the character back to me for whatever reason, I'm ok with that, but I'm not refunding you.
• Please do not buy an adoptable from me just to re-sell it for a higher price after...I'm not stopping you BUT I expect my clients to use the character and give it a loving home, I also love seeing my sold adoptables being drawn or commissioned by their owners, that is really cool and gives me determination to do more adoptables.
