Pendulum hypnosis... swirly eye hypnosis... they're both as useful as each other so why pick just one!
Though usually you use a pendulum swinging in front of them to hypnotize them, not wrap them up and use them as the pendulum!
Carrow the mouse found this out when caught by Drac's long tailcoils and hoisted into the air so casually and locked in a squishysoft prison, forced to swing side to side like a pendulum while also caught by Drac's hypnotic eyes too. With this double hypno attack both at once it did not take long for Carrow to become sleepy and tranced at all.
