Jasper Finley: Man of Mystery

Weaknesses: He is physically average, relying mostly on his sweet honeyed words to get him through tough situations, and usually relies on one of his agents if physical force is required. Alone he is very vulnerable, and is quite mortal.
Personality: Charismatic, charming, rich, haughty, and playful. He has this natural swagger that elevates a room and draws attention towards him that comes with the territory, but surprisingly, he would rather avoid the spotlight. He does prefer to be a man of mystery after all, he loves putting others into guessing games.
Background: Jasper has quite the interesting backstory. He formerly worked for a particular government organization that is all about secret agents and espionage, but yet, he was not satisfied with it. He wanted something more exciting, thrilling...not by the books and tedious. Unsurprisingly, this interest did not escape attention of his higher ups, and before Jasper knew it, he was approached by a very different agent.
This particular agent represented an even more secret branch dedicated to similar work but on a higher level. Deliberation between spokes members of various wanted to fund a countermeasure to the particular issues of rising criminal masterminds, especially ones with superpowers or those who captured superheroes to brainwash them. Jasper was asked to head this project, and to lead it in that intended goal. The feline was more than happy to accept. Thus, with funding, staff members, and certain technological blueprints, Jasper set to work.
His efforts paid off. Not only did he establish this agency to counter such criminal masterminds and their devious plans, but he had also invested enough resources to a cover company that would allow their agents to move freely around the globe. The Chaffeur Company, he called it publicly, but underneath it was known as the Chaffeur Agency. Yet...things didn't stop there, as Jasper's interests got the better of him, adorning the agents in particularly interesting suits and forming a close bond with the most elite agents, Agent Centurion especially.
