Another new base, this time decided to go for another outfit adopt + base combo~!
Which means you are both getting the p2u base to use for ychs, comms, etc. AND the outfit design to use for your characters! (or as ych option).
I've always loved designing outfits and it's a while I was considering making some "P2U" outfit adopts ---something P2U, so not unique and that anyone could purchase, but more available to everyone because of it, and much, much cheaper than what my outfits adopts would be! (for example, an outfit normally priced €40 or auctioned off would be only €10!)
So yeah, thought this'd be a good way to make my outfits both affordable and accessible; let me know if you'd like more of them! ♥

✧ you can use this base for commission/YCH work, personal art, etc.;
✧ you can use the outfit design both for personal works/your characters, or as a ych option with the base itself (but not for outfit adopts!) ; you're welcome to change the design!
✧ don't redistribute, share (not even with friends/family), use for collabs, or post the unedited lineart as-is;
✧ always credit me for the base (would be appreciated if you credited as DesireeU instead of DesireeU ♥) ;
✧ you can mix and match with other bases, as long as all different pieces are properly credited!
(ie. "base by @DesireeU, hair by @ArtsUWU" or "bases by DesireeU (Princessy base + Pinup base hair)" )
✧ you can edit it however you wish, be creative and have fun ♥
