Ella and Sophia Clementine were born as conjoined twins in form of a peach-furred cat. Ella on a right head bore a friendly personality while Sophia on a left hand held a cold, silent attitude. They used to work as a baker in Manchester, United Kingdom. However, as they went to Germany to visit their friends on a week-long trip, they were shocked to see Ethan Reinhardt, Vani Miller and Olivia Preuß so big, muscular and aggressive. Three hunks took time to have a long chat with the conjoined cats, and convinced them to go to California, join the MALAKAS Project, and start training for 2 months or less. In return, they would earn large amounts of cash and a big bodybuilder shape.

Ella and Sophia were hesistant to go, as they didn't have enough money to travel to the States. For two weeks, their income was slow yet sufficient but not enough to pay for air travel, so Ethan sent them much more money. Sophia was still skeptical with benefits from the Project but Ella reluctantly decided to prepare for a week before leaving the UK.

Through contacts, Ethan set the conjoined twins up to join the MALAKAS Project, soon to the mountain base where Timothy Soro would personally meet them. However, he could not do so because he had been preoccupied with a dozen of recruits at the moment, so he had his wallaby friend Wallace fill up for Ella and Sophia instead. Wilbur was so surprised and fascinated to see a recruit born with two heads, that he assigned them to sleep in his shared bunker of 2 to 4 beds as it was wider than rest of the Super Soldier instructors.

Usually Wilbur spent more time studying or working in the mountain lab than assisting recruits in training, despite being a Super Soldier himself, but he was so hit with Ella and Sophia's bizzare genetic condition that he decided to be more proactive in helping them.

The conjoined twins somehow became an eye of an apple for many recruits, but drew a jealous ire from several female ones. Those jealous female recruits were mostly young adult daughters of high-class families and hence living with special privileges akin to high standard of living, but they consequently became a bigger problem for the whole base, because everytime they tried to bully the conjoined twins, Sophia would immediately scare them away in retaliation. When Ella tried to befriend their bullies, the said bullies would respond with a mean remark but ended up with a same backlash. Continuous antics committed by the twins' jealous rivals began to get noticed and annoy superiors who were genuinely maintaining a rough-yet-supportive environment for other recruits. Timothy and Wilbur had found the twins' jealous rivals to be so increasingly toxic that they lividly stripped away their special privileges by destroying their beauty stuff (i.e. makeup), forcing them to sleep in a regular bunker full of cots, and banning them from seeing Ella and Sophia ever again. Ella expressed concerns for her rivals but Sophia brushed it off with 'Good riddance!'

For few months, Ella and Sophia continued training under Wilbur's guidance until they became Super Soldiers and earned a temporary Juggernaut rank. Wilbur remarked how they resembled happy and sad opera masks respectively (Comedy and Tragedy) but Ella countered with the fact that she and Sophia were never artists to begin with. Sophia on the other hand, noticing the way Wilbur stares at the conjoined twins, asked him for a date, in which the wallaby said 'yes' with excitement. Sophia had been grumpy for most of the time, but in one of rare happy moments, dating with another muscular hunk put the smile on her face, even though she refused to admit it, even to her own sister.

Ella and Sophia returned to Manchester, where they immediately reopened their bakery as usual, but locals began to notice new changes in those two and asked them about it. Ella was more than eager to tell everything they experience back in the MALAKAS Project, but Sophia interrupted her with brief words, "We just tried a few-months-long training program our American friend suggested. It worked." Manchester locals were amazed by this and asked for more answers, but Sophia replied that she couldn't remember how exactly it worked, convincing the said locals to go back to their own business.

Prior to their honorable discharge, the twins were asked by Timothy's supervisor Christopher North via a non-disclosure agreement to tone down their experiences to people outside the US and Mexico, so as to prevent global competition and avoid suspicion from other world leaders. They both plainly agreed, even though Ella couldn't help herself as she wanted to share her past moments with her friends, and Sophia knew a thing or two about confidentiality and treatment from certain organizations. The conjoined twins found the MALAKAS Project to be benevolent and well discreet, despite the way other recruits were treating their victims. However, their impression was on the outside, there was something lurking from the inside, something only Christopher knew what was bound to happen soon.
