[GIFT ART] A New Kind Of Uber Team
For those that don't get the title: In competitive Pokemon, pokemon are broken up into tiers based on their stats, move lists and abilities. Many legendaries are in the uber tier, more commonly strong and useful pokemon are in the overused tier (OU), and the rest are in underused (UU) or neverused (NU).
Even Wigglytuff can be uber with size on it's side!
This is another one of those sketches done by
Cougr that 
Artie relayed to me
His current team (though I believe he caught a charmander recently) looming over him, perhaps there's a simple exchange of dialogue, or perhaps a confrontation over what Artie plans to do with that ball.
Or maybe dark, devious deeds being discussed. Can't tell with Artie involved. :3
