I can see why Judy LOVES him. You make every character have a wonderful glow that radiates their personality. I love the detail you've given his expression, you've worked hard on his eyes and his sly smiling muzzle. The fur is beautifully velvety. I like how he's finishing off the 'taste' of his pawsicle. Nice work on the blurring of the background so we're focusing on solely on him. He really is handsome and I bet he's teasing Judy right now.
