
I have trouble with maintaining a healthy sleep schedule. I often go for stretches of keeping it under control followed by stretches of it being ruined and having to snooze my alarms over and over. When my sleep schedule is ruined like this it also heightens my anxiety and other negative emotions, as well as making it more difficult for me to concentrate at work or with friends. A couple times a year I end up having to just keep staying up later and later into the night and morning until I eventually start going to sleep at the proper time again, which is a rather unpleasant process. There are things I could be doing to reduce my sleep troubles - in particular I could always use more exercise - but it's been a constant battle. I'll get there eventually at least, but for now, bleh.

I can relate, is really hard to get a nice sleep schedule and at the same time, fit everything you have to do. Spent the last few months, working on many types of sleep schedules, it worked at the beginning, but in the end it wasn't enough.
I really hope you can get a solution soon, I am still working on mine too.
