This is stunning and incredible work. I can't believe the detail you've given in the reflection in his eyes, the shine them gives him a warm and adorable attraction. The texture to the fur looks so soft and his muzzle looks near realistic, lovely touch with the whiskers. You've given him a fantastic glow, especially how the edge of his ears are lighting up with the sun coming through the tips. I sense there's a story behind the feather and the tooth necklace. He really looks cute and I'm very tempted to give him a cuddle.
