Maw Painting Exercise
HERE BE MY 'TORTURE' SINGLE LAYER ARTS!
There's a saying in painting that goes something like: "If you get your values right, you can get away with any color." I decided to try that out! So I made a grayscale mask above my one layer but left color selection on for the painting! So even though I was selecting all sorts of hues and saturations, I could only see the values. Needless to say, it was pretty entertaining to see in color when I turned off the grayscale mask! XD After that I tweaked a couple areas, but mostly left the colors as is!
It was a real fun exercise. 83 I might come back to this later and refine it more~
