Now Tani's heard a lot about this one trainer's magic. Who hasn't at this point? Sasha - this girl is rumored to have magic hands. All sorts of athletes from runners to tennis stars, from fighters to dancers, have come to this canine for help. So naturally she has to go in for a session or two. Finally working her way onto that busy schedule of hers, Sasha starts her out with a few simple stretches.

"The key to everything is starting with good flexibility. You can't forget to stretch... Take a deep breath. Now we're gonna open up your hips."

She does so, obedient for her trainer, even getting a bit of help from behind. A press upon her back to help her move forward, feel that burn, and get a start to a workout that is sure to leave her sore, but also better for it after.

Needless to say, Tani is coming back for another session...
