It's an interesting mental exercise to ponder how anthro eusocial insects might develop their society and culture. Turns out real life ants have a fair bit more autonomy than people tend to assume, rather than being part of some hive mind or little robots, and learn from each other. Though even entomologists are a bit "yeah whatever" about the males since they exist to do one thing.
