Yeah, we started playing Uncharted 2 on stream and I decided to drop the difficulty from Brutal to Crushing for the sanity of my audience (and because I'm still beating it on my own on Brutal).
Huge props to Zer for being my encouragement and Shu for pushing me to try speedpainting. Lawd this first attempt is RUFF but gotta start somewhere. I was pleased with the colors, at least, and I'm happy Lone and Mahihko finally have a slight difference in the hue of their coats. It feels more appropriate.
Lone is cosplaying as Nathan Drake (as always) and Mahihko is the ever-slinky Chloe...um...what's her last name? Shit. I know it somewhere. WELP ANYWAY enjoy.
(Oh also line thickness was inspired by recent replay of Okami I'm doin' too, looks so tasty to me)

I am totally down with your speedpaint! The colors really tie your subjects into the piece, and the cell shading looks good with the rays of light you got droppin' in from the corner. You even went for it with the broken window, hah. Nice!

I still can't decide if I like doing cell-shading or blended shading more...I still feel shaky as fuck on both either way, so practice, practice, practice. And I sure wish I remembered what line thickness I used for the ink pen on this one :thinking: Ah well! If it looks better thicker, then thicker it shall be.
