For add-ons on patreon I'll keep it for the same tier (5$), so whoever pledged will have access for base and add-ons.
On other stores where I'm selling base (currently only on gumroad) - it will cost extra 5$ or so for it!
So it means that patrons will have bigger reward than anyone and will not to pay once more for it or add-ons.
Kinda variably for everyone, people could choose what they would like more :3

IbisPaint not working with psd files (as I know:)), so the only thing which my customers (whom using IbisPaint too) doing this:

If it's not a best option for you, then I recommend to use program which easily support layers (procreate, clip studio paint, paint tool sai, photoshop, etc)
