I usually like to wait until I'm far enough into the project to let y'all know who's coming. I think I'm at that point where i can go ahead and announce it. Julian Hippo will be my 15th MUGEN character and he's still in development. Julian is gonna be the character. I don't think I ever confirmed Slim was going into it. I try to delay announcing characters specifically so y'all don't assume anyone is coming to get your hopes up.

I'm not really in a rush to get to Kaze. I can't explain it but I know I wanna do it but there's no real drive to get to it. I think its because I wanna do more fan service before his turn.
