Hey everyone, I just made my first boxing tournament on boxing day, and I wanna tell you that I'm did my best to make it. Also, it maybe confuse, but it still be a good story for you all. And hope you enjoy it. Happy Boxing Day!

At Crocpond, there a gym called Dex's Gym. And the owner of the Gym were me, Dex, and my young son, Joey. We both are getting ready for an annual boxing day Tournament. Then, one friend comes in and see how we're doing in my gym. The friend that's enter my gym is my only crocodile friend named, Rumpa, and he too are participate in my special tournament.
"Hey Dex," he said; "how the preparation going?"
"It's going great, Rumpa," I said; "We just need to put the banner that's all."
"All right. Man, I can't believe that you are doing this, Dex. I mean, a tournament on your gym, are you sure about this?"
"Sure, I'm sure, I known many people say that Boxing day are for opening some gift inside the box on Canada. But I have to do it. Because I know that everyone, we face in the ring has bring back memories, even give us some great friends from places, too."
"Yeah, I guess you're right," And as see the ring; he known that I said it bring us great memories, and it did. He remembers the first match between us by the time that I come here.
Then, that he realizes something; "Hey, since we're the only one here. How many other we have left? Eight?"
"Actually, fourteen."
"F-fourteen?! Who's coming here to enter the tournament?"
"Let see..." I begin to remember all invitation that I been sending to everyone; "There's Boru, Henery, Garret, Moto, Hunter, Bugsy, Crimson, Thaiwolf, Wink, Bolper, Hum, Negpos, Fang, and Pugnacious."
Rumpa was surprise that I have invited everyone we fought, plus some of our friend, and even his brother.
"So, wait. I know that you invited everyone we face and our friends, but my brother, Wink. You barely even known him. Even, Fang and Pugnacious."
"Yeah, well let's just say that Wink and I have some private match together. He even told me that you been training with Fang and Pugnacious."
"Okay, but..."
Then, we heard knocking on the door. I rush over to it and open it to see who it is. And it's one of our friends, we all greet each other one by one, and when I saw Bolper with some stuff that I been requested for; I pointed out for him to place it.
After that, I see my old friend, Boru with his gym bag.
"Boru," I said; "you came."
"Of course, I came," he said; "why wouldn't I be?"
"Please come in, we just some of other to come." While I see everyone getting settle for the tournament; I investigate my list to see who else is coming over.
Then one more come to my door, it was a wolf named, Wink, and he's not alone. He also brings Fang along with him.
"Wink, welcome. And I see that you brought Fang with you."
"Yep," he said; "and I got some notification from Pug saying that he brought everyone into his portal."
"Umm, his portal?"
"Yep."
"Are sure that everyone going to be okay?"
"Of course. I mean come on, what could possibly go wrong?"
"All right then, come right in," and then I greet with Fang; "Fang, it's great to meet you and joining us for the boxing day celebration."
"Any time," he said; "And glad that I may have the prefect chance to face you."
I nodded; "Hmm, but let's just see how it goes. Oh, and one thing, after the tournament; I need to talk to you about something."
Fang nodded and given me thumbs-up. Then, as I look out for more fighters, that be coming over; a giant boxing glove pops up out of nowhere and that when I saw three arm monsters coming out it.
"Are you...Pugnacious?" I said as I look at him to see his look.
"That is correct, my kangaroo friend," he said; "I have come here with some of your friend, that's Wink requested."
And that when he is opening the portal, that make the glove spring up again and open it hands that letting other people out of it, but it makes them a little dizzy from that glove bouncing up and down. So, help them and greet them by show them the way.
After that, I check the list again and see that everyone is here by every count.
After that, I go over to the ring and begin with the announcement.
"Welcome everyone to our first annual boxing day tournament. Here we have is a medal for each and every one of you. And when you got defeated in each round of the match; you give to the winner. But's only on the first round, on the other round; you'll get is a bronze belt contain with two slot for each medal you won and yourself, and when you continue to next one you'll get a silver, then gold. Plus, the rule is still the same. So, everyone goes ahead and sign up before entering the locker room. Hope the best of you and give you best effort of this fight."
While I finish with the introduction; everyone started to sign-up their names and enter the locker room. When inside the room, they begin to change. Everyone who has the gear; begin to get their stuff out of the bag and put it in the locker that they assign. And as for the people who doesn’t have it; they'll use one of the gym items instead.
After they changed, they waited for their match up toward their opponent. And as Joey began randomly pick the boxer and the opponents; he begins to bring up the board to the ring.
"All right, you guys," said Joey; "I finally bring the match up for all of you guys. On our first round is Bugsy vs Hunter, Boru vs dex, Crimson vs Rumpa, Henery vs Negopus, Garret vs Bolper, Moto vs Hum, Fang vs Pugnacious, and finally ThaiWolf vs Wink."
Everyone agrees on their match, and when Boru and Crimson comes to us; Boru said to me; "I guess we finally have rematch, huh Dex?"
"Yeah," I smile.
"Us too, Rumpa," said Crimson
"Right," he said.
And as we begin to wait for the tournament to start; Joey got into his boxing clothes for Christmas gift yesterday and begin to do some short boxing show. And when everyone see he did that; they think he is cute and began to applaud for his performance.
After that performance, the tournament as begun. So, Bugsy and Hunter go to their corners and waited for their match has begun.
Then, Joey said into the microphone; "Wow, we have is two sheep guard that'll protect them from a wolf."
"Hey!" said Wink and Thai.
"Sorry about that fellas. But who will become the top guard? Stay tune cause it's Bugsy vs Hunter!"
While the bell has started to ring; both boxers tap their glove together and began to put up their guard. Bugsy keep his steady pace to watch any Hunter's attack. Then, he throws a jab to him. Hunter hold his guard by the time as the jabs has landed to his glove.
Hunter dodge the other glove and begin to counter with a right cross. Bugsy has been caught by his cross, and it almost make him loses his balance. Then, he begins charging at him and give him a mass gut punch that'll make a forcible push; that make push him to the rope and bounce back to him. After that he began throwing combo to Hunter and as he thrown his last punch as an uppercut; Hunter began to spit out him mouthguard and fall to the mat.
The match is over and as Joey goes over to Bugsy and said, "The first-round winner is Bugsy Goat! Talk about some fight, those two has great effort to show each other their fighting skill throughout the match."
And as Bugsy sees Hunter is getting up; he lends him a hand and help him up.
"Thanks," he said; "can't believe that I've lost."
"There's no shame on that one, Hunter. I'm glad that I have a chance to fight you."
"Really? Wow, thanks. And maybe we could have rematch at my place at the gym."
"You got it." And they began to shake hand, that make the crowd clapping for them from their sportsmanship. Also, Hunter give him his medal and wish him the best of luck toward the next round.
Onward to the next match. And this match is me against Boru. Before the match, I feel a bit nervous that I going to face him again. But now, I known that I train harder and fought all my friend; it made me realize that I'll be able to win.
"All right everyone! The match we been waiting for, the rumble down under, it's Buro vs Dad, I mean Dex! And we'll see which one of these kangaroos will become champion of the outback."
"Feel a little nervous, Dex?!" he asked.
"Yeah," I said; "but, I won't let it get into my way!"
He smiles; "That's spirit, now let show them the greatest fight."
I nodded and began to walk toward him to tap my blue glove to his orange and begun our match. And during our match; everyone was amaze that we put a good offence and defense from every blow we been throwing. And when we collided with our glove pushing together; we began to back off and regain our strength.
After that, Boru began throw rapid fire straight and jabs that'll broke off my guard, but I dodge and weave them through and when he saw that began countering me with hook on both sides. But I dodge them and given him a gut punch to shut down his attack and begun throwing jab, hook, and finally an uppercut.
Boru gotten an impact from the gut punch, and then he let face felt the lather of my gloves. His head going back and forth by the jab, his cheek gotten rolled on both sided from the hooks, and then finally, his mouthguard been flying off his mouth from the uppercut.
And from that last blow; Boru begun to hesitate and then he falls to the ground.
Everyone was amaze that I have made it to the next round, then my son comes over and said, "We have our winner by a knockout! My dad, Dex Kangaroo!"
I was a little embarrass that my son announces my victory. So, I have no other choice but to claim my victory.
Then, Boru go to me and hand me medal and said, "That was good match, Dex."
"Thank, but I'm not the only one who's give all the effort toward this fight, Boru."
He smirks; "Hmph, you probably right. Well fight for the both of us, Dex."
"I will, Boru," and as I see his medal; I known that I'll fight my friend and myself,
Toward the next match, it's now Rumpa turn to have his rematch against Crimson. As they enter the ring; they begin with their warmup and as they heard the bell; they began their fight. Rumpa remember that his skill and move, so he go first.
He throws a jab to his glove to check, and after he did that; he need to use a hook to break the guard off. Crimson did put up his guard from the jab and when there another attack; a hook, his guard is about break.
After he let go his guard, he counters his own attack with right hook to his stomach. Rumpa gotten hit by it, and so he continues with uppercut along with a jab to snout.
While Rumpa gotten hit by the hook on his stomach; his head go upward, and his snout been squish by a jab. After that impact, Rumpa robbed his snout with his glove and put on his game face, so that way he shows him that he's getting serious and be able to win this match.
So, Crimson throw his powerful hook to finish him by a knock-out punch, but Rumpa dodges it and encountered with a straight punch to his stomach; "Oomph," he exclaims as his stomach hit by his punch. And then, Rumpa continue hitting stomach with rapid jabs, along with a combo of uppercut, crosses, hooks, and a corkscrew to his face.
Crimson continue taken hits from his stomach, and with that, his head gone in an arch way and his body landed on the ropes. And as he at the ropes; his face gone in a dangle from a cross from right to left, then his cheek gotten rolled up from a hook from left to right. Finally, his face gotten planted from a powerful corkscrew, that almost let out his mouth guard and his body planted to the mat.
"And that's what I called a knock-out, folks," said Joey; "a young crocodile has taken a victory for the first time, call it a quick come back to the top rank to the winner circle."
And everyone in the crowd was now interested on Rumpa by wonderful skill on boxing. As Rumpa was surprise that he has won for the first time; he put up both of his glove and claim his prize. Crimson was very proud of him for give everything and show great protentional through boxing. He gave him his medal and wish him luck to reach to the finals.
On the next fight were Henry and Negopos, (To tell you the truth, this is going to be a short fight).
Henry and Negopos begin to get into the ring, and as Negopos tries to get in; he accidently falls of from the rope. "I'm okay," he said.
Eveyone couldn't believe that lion going to fight a champion lion. Then, Joey said.
"All right, here's the event to see who's become a king of the jungle. It's Henry vs Negopos!"
So, first off, when they tap their glove; Negopos start to do some weird thing like do some sort of gentlemen boxer with a "put up your duke" stance. And when he gets closer, he didn't have a chance to hit him. He just doing some shadow boxing. And as he gives him a free hit; Henry throw a good punch and that's when he gotten hit on his face and made him into a TKO.
Everyone was surprising that Neg has been knock out instantly.
"What just happen? W-well, I guess that mean that Henry win this match in a TKO victory by a one punch attack."
So, they continue the show and this time is going to a horse vs gorilla. Garret and Bolper gone into the ring now and began to tap their glove, and as they begin to pace them self away from each other; Bolper take the first swing to the horse face by jab. But Garret however didn't feel that hit.
Everyone from the crowd was wondering how that horse didn't react from that punch, then I said to Rumpa; "How come Garret didn't felt that impact from that jab?"
"Not sure," he said; "I remember last time that you fought against him along with Henry."
"That is correct," Henry concluded; "but watch and you'll see who he's doing inside the ring against a strong gorilla, that almost his equal strength."
And we take his advice and continue watching the match.
As we saw that Bolper continue planning his next strike; he throws another jab. And if that not working, he thrown a hook on both sides and along with a couple of combo punches like crosses, body blow, and uppercut. But, each of those attack didn't have an affect them.
So, it's now Garret's turn to give it a throw. He gave him a gut punch, jab, and left hook.
While Bolper gotten tired; he couldn't have a strength to guard himself, and as for that; he been body blow by a strong punch, and along with jab, and hook to his face. And if that's not the enough, he also throws a multiple punch to him like the same tactics that Bolper gave him. And as his almost finish with; he grabs the gorilla's shoulder and launch a powerful uppercut, that'll make him knock-out with a beat-up face. And as he claims his victory; he takes a deep breath and put up his two gloves into the air like Rocky dose it in a movie.
"Wow," I said.
Then, Henry said; "You when Garret have taken a lot of hit from many matches he been enter, he thought if he could train harder along with the hit he can take during that session, he'll be able to absorbed his opponents' attack."
"I see, so he been training to take a hit without any hesitation. I'm impress that he be able to do that."
Then Rumpa said; "Yes, but are sure he'll be able to keep it up?"
"I'm not so sure, Rumpa," said Henry; "But we'll find out soon enough."
Joey began with the next match's announcement; "Wow, talk about a strong hold fight. And speaking of stronghold, here our next fight; a battle between two new strong men. It's Hum vs Moto."
And as they're at the ring; Moto begin to bulk up his muscle, so he gives out all his strong attack. And when Hum see him all muscular; he too, will bulk up just like him. Then, they began to show off by flexing their muscle together.
"Whoa, I think this going to be a gun show instead of a boxing match, folks." Then, he receives a notice; "Wait, I just receive a message. And it just said that they'll like to have an iron man challenge on a boxing match. Talk about a new evolution of boxing in the future."
So, they began trading punches to each other until one of them get tired. Each blow we've seen getting us way intense to known which one of will fall and taken a heavy fall.
And while they almost at their limits, Hum couldn't take it anymore and that make Moto a chance to take that first strong attack. He begins to throw a left and right hook, and a uppercut to make him a ring out victory.
On to the next fight, it's Fang vs Pugnacious; the two greatest fighter in the land.
Fang and Pugnacious began to touch glove together and begun their fight, the two keep on a steady hold until one of them goes first. Pugnacious got the first go and he use to the old one-two. Fang dodges it and begin his own attack.
Fang uses his uppercut to his stomach, then he continues with a jab, hooks, and right cross.
Pugnacious has gotten a body blow with easy hit from him, then his face gotten planted by a jab, and move left to right with hooks, and across with right cross. With that moment, Pugnacious has fallen and taken his defeat. Plus, he punches him in the arm, so he can't become pugnacious like him.
Now it's the final round, Wink vs ThaiWolf. The two-wolf fight for the remain champion of the first round.
"Hope you're ready, little wolf, cause I'm here to beat you down toward a knock-out."
"'Little wolf'? he questions; "Is it that make you big wolf?"
"What?!"
"I mean yeah, my friend called me Wolfy sometime. But you, I think Big Wolf suit you. Yeah, a Big Bad Wolf that is."
Then, he started to growl; "If try to make fun of me, think again. Cause now, when bell ring; you be lunch."
"Lunch, do you mean dinner?"
"Why you little..." and as Thai tries to punch in the face; the ref directed them to go back to their corner and a wait for the signal. However, ThaiWolf almost want to taste some fresh meat toward Wink.
And as for that...the bell has rung for the start of the match, so they tap glove together, black and red clashes together. And I will tell you this; Wink maybe did fight against but somehow deep down inside; he has protentional of a boxer.
ThaiWolf started off by a quick jab; that many other boxers couldn't escape. And when Wink saw that; he dodges it in a second. ThaiWolf was surprise that he escapes from his jab, but he doesn’t care and continue with a same attack repeatedly, that'll preform a rapid-fire punch.
Me and Rumpa were surprise to see him dodges every single attack. And I begin to ask him a question; "How he get so fast?"
Rumpa replied; "I don't know, I notice that he has our dad's gloves, but he didn't say anything about him doing boxing."
And so, we continue watching them, ThaiWolf almost getting tired from that jab he been throwing rapidly. He is breathing heavily and seeing that Wink enjoying himself by doing some air boxing and portending he's supporting him.
"What's wrong, Big Bad? Are you tired all ready? Come on, I'll give a free right here," he pointed with his glove.
But when Thai try to give him a good throw; he didn't have enough strength to fight back nor give a pay back. So, he begins to lay to him and starting clinician.
"Oh, don't worry, Big Bad. But I want to say that I'm sorry, because it my turn to give a shot."
And he did, he move arm out of the way and given him gut punch to the side. Along with that, he also breaks free and give him triple right jab to his snout and a left hook with a straight punch. And as he at the rope; he unleashes his ultimate attack called; "Crescent Uppercut".
While Thai was tired; he started to lay to him, and suddenly he gotten hit from a gut punch that were giving by Wink. And with that, he been punched and gotten more damage from another punches. His snout been Squoosh by a jab, his right been rolled up by left hook, and being push back against the rope by a straight punch. And that the end, Wink grab him and hold him still, so he can launch his uppercut. After he launch his uppercut, Thai sees star under the night sky along with a moon. And along with that, he been knock-out.
"Whoa, what just happen?! Is my eye gotten some sort of trick? Well, if that the case, the winner is Wink!"
And everyone cheers for him. Plus, Rumpa and I began question our self, how Wink win against a big wolf from his sides.
"I couldn't believe that Wolfy have won," I said.
"Yeah," said Rumpa; "and how did he win by a uppercut?"
Then, someone answer his question; "That wasn't any ordinally uppercut. That was a Crescent Uppercut."
"Hunter," I said; "how do you known that move?"
"Let's just said, that we wolf been training to learn that powerful attack for decade. And now here I'm, seeing it with my own eyes."
"So, you mean that my brother has training to achieve that move," said Rumpa.
"Yep."
"But, you're husky. How did you know about it?"
"Let's just say, that we husky and wolf are almost the family."
Rumpa was surprise to hear it that those two breeds came from the same family. And speaking of hearing; we heard that it given out our belt to move forward to the next round. So, all of us winner goes to the ring and be ready to get their belt. And after we gotten our belt, my son Joey begin to speak.
"Here's our first-round winner; Bugsy, Dex, Rumpa, Henry, Garret, Moto, Fang, and finally Wink. Let's give them around of applauds."
And they did. They congratulated us and wish us luck on the next round, and we get our breaks, everyone starts to meet some new friends that they met in the ring. And when me and Rumpa started to put in our medal; Boru and Crimson told that we did great out there and wishes us good luck toward the next round.
And when I saw ThaiWolf looking down; I started walking toward him to cheer him up. He was appreciated, but he was looking forward that he could face each toward the finals. Then, he started to warn me about Wink and his tricks. I began to think that nonsense, but I still not sure if I could believe him.
When our break was done, we begin to get ready by putting on our silver belt and waited for our new opponents. And as it shows from the board; I saw that I will face fang on the first match. Then it's Rumpa against Moto, Henry vs Wink, and Garret vs Bugsy.
I couldn't believe it, I thought; I finally going to face Fang on the first match. Now I will see how strong he is at our match.
[Also, I must put it short in each match it been given, and it'll make it into a montage. Sorry, if couldn't put it long. Hope you enjoy it.]
1. Dex vs Fang:
I amaze to see that Fang have the skill to fight in a boxing match, but so far, I must defeat him. So, dodge his punch and counter with a quick uppercut. After that I throw jab and right hook, along with a gut punch. And finally launch a strong uppercut.
Fang throw a punch, but he misses. Then, he feels an impact under his chin, and it's was a uppercut by me. And when he couldn't defend himself in time, he got another strike by jab, hook, and body blow. And while he looks down and feel his pain on his stomach; his head goes back with his mouthguard spit out along with his spit make an arch shape. And then, he's out for the count.
Winner: Dex Kangaroo.
2. Rumpa vs Moto:
Rumpa still feel scare when fought a bull before, but now he can face his fears and be able to win, so he can move to the next round.
Moto throwing all his powerful attack to hit him, but Rumpa fancy footwork given a chance to counterpunch him, and along with a block; he could strike back any time.
And when he found his moment to strike; he began to pull back his glove and launch straight punch his gut, that'll bring him down to his height and continue punching him with a left to right hook, and an uppercut. And as he at the ropes; he quick jab him to his face, and lastly, he finishes it with an uppercut.
After Moto almost finishes his attack with a speeding croc, he began throwing straight punch to him, but somehow, he misses him and gotten a body blow by a same attack as him. Then, he goes down to feel pain in his stomach and his face goes left to right from the hook. After that, he been push back to the ropes by an uppercut. As he at the ropes; his face is now being planted by a jab and gotten another uppercut that'll make him KO.
Winner: Rumpa Crocodile.
3. Henry vs Wink:
Henry and Wink really put up a good fight during that, but there could only one winner. So, as Henry uses his speed jab to him; Wink put up a good guard to protect himself. And when Henry throws a right hook, Wink dodges it and began to counter with an uppercut. Then, he uses his quick wolf reflexes to do a speeding punch to him. Henry began to get beaten up by his skill of attack. And when he about to finish, he throws another uppercut along with right hook. That when Henry been Knock-out.
Winner: Wink Wolf.
4. Garret vs Bugsy:
When Garret and Bugsy at the ring, Garret doesn’t have enough strength to take the opponent punch, and that's mean Bugsy now have the upper hand to winner this round. Bugsy uses his quick step around him and began punching him from bottom to top and when each of every inch that been gotten hit; Garret has now been collapsed into the ground.
Winner: Bugsy.
After a while, me and Rumpa were excited to meet each other at the finals. And when Wink comes over to us; he like wish us a good luck and like to see which one of us will fight in the finals. So, we made a promise to meet in the final.
After that, Joey begin to announce the next round match; "Alright everyone, here we are the semi-final. Who will be our gold champion in this tournament?
A born dreamer who would like to become a champion and like to help others by improving their boxing skill, it's my father, Dex Kangaroo.
A friendly crocodile, who like to have adventure and a great friend toward my dad, it's Rumpa Crocodile.
A young goat, who's have a strength to fight for his friend when they're in danger, protect them at all cost it's Bugsy McClain.
And lastly, a wolf who has an excellent fighting skill and have made it to the semi-final it's Wink Wolf."
And when we know the rules, my son, Joey began to shuffle and put up the match on the board. And couldn't believe my eyes. I know that I have a match against Bugsy for making our sparring before bulldozer come into my gym. But, when I saw Rumpa match against his brother, Wink, I couldn't even imagine, what would happen if one of them loses.
While the third round has started; me and Bugsy began to enter the ring, I said to him; "Well Bugsy, I guess we have chance to continue our match, right?"
"Huh?" he said, "Oh yeah, I almost forgot about that. Hmm, and we're here; let's give our all."
"Right," we began to top our glove and be ready for the match to begin.
And as the bell ring for the match to begin; we both began walking to each other and began to pace, so we can wait till one of us goes first. Then, Bugsy has the first go. He throws a jab to my glove and continue jabbing until he throws a left hook. I block his hook and counter with a jab, and a hook.
Bugsy been hit by a jab and hook, with that he also gotten hit by a straight punch. Then after he shake his head, he said; "I can see this different from our sparring, Dex. Have been training and fought a lot of strong opponents?"
I smile; "Yeah, and it's all thanks to you and everyone here, too. If it's weren't for you guys, I don't know who I'll fight. Until, that when we met."
Everyone start cheering for me and Bugsy said to me; "That was amazing speech, Dex. Now how about we continue where we left off?"
I nodded and continue fighting. Our fought has been blows after blows, we dodge and block each one of them. Until, I landed a hit and started my combo to him. And when I gave him an uppercut; I he began to lift off the ground and landed on his back. And from that result, he been knock-out.
After that victory, I help Bugsy to get up and give him my thanks. He wonders why that I thank him for, and that's when I told about our promise for a do over on our match, plus saying that he has some help on the newspaper, too.
He was appreciated from my thanks, and when he gave me his belt to me; he wishes luck and he'll cheer me on the side lines.
During the next match, Rumpa and Wink began walking to each other and started to wish each other some luck.
"Good luck, Wink. And let's give it a good show," said Rumpa.
"Aww," said Wink; "thanks and I wish you some luck, too." He gave a hug and as Rumpa hug back, Wink whisper into his ear; "You shouldn't let go of your guard."
And then, BAM! Everyone was shocked to see that Wink just gave Rumpa gut punch. Also, he gave a left hook, too. I couldn't believe my eyes, that ThaiWolf was right about him. When see him taken all the free hit, they started to get rowdy.
"Hey, you shouldn't do that!" said Joey; "You have wait till the bell ring!"
"Oh, I'm sorry," he said; "I shouldn't do that. Tell you what, how about we have a one punch shot. That way we'll have the winner by one punch, how's that?"
All of us not so sure about his plan, then Rumpa said; "Okay, you got yourself a deal."
Everyone was surprise to him get determine to do this, so I no other choice, but to cheer him on.
As Wink and Rumpa get together; they put up their gloves and this time waited for the bell gave them a signal. And as the signal started; both throw a punch and when both gloves hit to their face, Wink smile to see that Rumpa gotten hit by a crossfire and started to fall. That's mean Wink will be off to the next round.
After the match, I help Rumpa to wake up and promise him that I'll win for the finals and just for me, but everyone who have fighting today.
During our match, I give myself some determination for winning for friends. And when I saw Wink, I knew there something was off about him.
"Dex, I glad that we made it to the finals," he said.
"Get real, Wolfy," I said; "I knew you been pretending to be kind and glad that you are having a match against me. You let your brother, Rumpa, get a low blow from you. Tell me why, why did do that?"
Then, his face has been revealed to true form; I saw his looks and it has a yellow eye glow like night moon and begin saying to me; "It because of my brother. He is friend to you all the time. And even he won against everyone else. Plus, our father like him better than me."
"Wolfy..."
"But this time, I'll show him, who's better."
I know that he has hatred inside of him, I begin to smile and said to him.
"I understand what you mean, I, too, feel a little jealous about everyone having the most win, then me. But that doesn’t mean you bring dishonor to your friend or brother."
"Dex...Your right, and I'm sorry. So, how about we give them a true fight, eh Jackie Leg?"
I began laugh; "You're on, Mini Wolf."
And so, we began fighting toward the end, we give our all and when I notice his skill is getting good, I began to block it and counter with a cross. Wolfy dodge it and gave me a straight punch to my stomach. It launches me to the ropes, but I barely resist that punch, and when I see taunting with a come at me. I get on my feet and began to charge.
I begin to rapid fire jab to him and until I saw an opening and I begin to him a right hook. And as I did; he also gave an uppercut. We both gotten hit and yet we still have some fighting left, so we began throw each other left hook, that'll make both of us down. But, when we try to get, we begin to climb the rope. As me; I can't go on. So, it's Wink turn to win the match.
"Dad!" Joey begin to shout and run toward me; "please get up."
So, open my eyes and wipe away his tear, also told him; it's all right.
Then, I go to Wink and handed him the golden glove and pronounce him the champion of the tournament. But when Wink got the golden glove, he pointed at me and wanted me give fist bump. And so, I did, also he like give everyone their medal back, so that everyone id a winner today.
After that, we have party and everyone was enjoying it, even when they lose; they still will win the next match. And while everyone having, everyone sees the photo that I take after our match together during this year, and I told Boru a favor to deliver a message for me and he did. Plus, I asked Fang if could help me train how to wrestle, so I can fight against Daniel again.
And as the party was over; we began to picture together, and everyone begin to head home and return to their place before New Year’s Day.
When Boru went to Roger's place, he knocks on door and see him at the door,
"Hey Roger," he said.
"Boru," said Roger; "Please come in."
When he enters, he could see that he been working out a lot.
"So, what's bring here?"
"Oh, Dex like to give you message."
"A message?"
"Yep, he said; 'Tell Roger, that I'm sorry that I didn't invite over my party. But, on the next year; we'll be able a match just two of us. And how you have a great holiday, Roger.'"
"Dex..." so he gets up and started to work at the bag and said to Boru; "Thank, bud. And now if you could excuse, I have to train harder."
"But, didn't you train before?"
"Yeah, didn't you hear what Dex say, he be waiting for me on next year. So, I have to get stronger to face him in a sparring match."
"All right, if that what you like, then I wish you both some good luck."
After that, he gave him a good-bye and started to head home. And yes, I wait for on next year, along with all the other new fighter that I'll be facing. Even I could make new friend, too.
