or a failure of systems of distribution,
all of which are there of course,
but the entire concept of waste,
and the cultural values that create it,
being a product of a dominant perspective,
that serves only its symbolic and conceptual self,
and not even the more fortunate who even with the drama of art,
seldom look beyond what is to themselves familiar.
