“Trap Bait” - Lv6 Kobold / Arcane Trickster / Rogue
One of the players in our regular D&D group ran a one-shot to give the regular DM a break. So I decided to use this opportunity to make a character I figured might not fly in a “normal” long term campaign. :)
Large turquoise eyes, bright copper scales, and small curling horns. This small creature believes itself to be a dragon trapped in the form of a kobold. They want one thing and one thing only: to return to their proper shape. This is not a secret, because they have told the party about it before. Multiple times. At length.
The group has been traveling together for a while now, slowly becoming a cohesive adventuring party. But early on, one of the party members nicknamed the kobold rogue “Trap Bait,” and while they of course have a true Dragon name, the nickname stuck. So they are “Trap Bait.” Just another indignity upon many. But the party is close now, close to what everyone is seeking. Soon… soon.
