Hair Type: Too much and curly to boot
Eye Color: Normal is a saturated green with orange pupils, when hypnotizing its a flashing series of greens, yellows, and red in a striation from its center.
Skin Color: Pale
Nationality: Japanese
School: U.A. High
Year: 2 (Class 2-B, He was originally in general studies for part of his first year, after the sports festival he was transferred into the hero coarse)
Distinguishing Features: He is small and meek looking, probably won’t get any bigger than this. Eyes are almost always wide open and his eyelashes grow long on the top of his left eye and on the bottom of his right. He once tried plucking them, leaving him in pain and they grew back days later.

1st costume: This was his year one costume, he enjoyed the bright stand out colors, wanting to go for a more zany appearance however it doesn’t work at all for his area of expertise so it was retired almost immediately, though he will use it in public settings.
2nd costume: Dark colors, great for sneaking around, sounds absorbing gloves and boots that can stick to surfaces to allow him to sneak around and infiltrate enemy locations.
Quirk: Hypnosis, he is able to hypnotize up to five people at a time after making direct eye contact. The strength of the hypnosis is affected by how focused he is on an individual. He gets bad migraines and sometimes nightmares depending on the mental states of those he controls.
Weapons: Fists, though he tries to win a fight before they even start.
Gadgets/Tech: Restraining wire for capturing villains, soundproof headphones, adhesive gloves and boots that are also sound absorbent.
