The Harry just realized: the Star-Spangled Banner on the shoulder is backwards.
When worn on the right shoulder, the flag should be reversed such that the canton (the little blue box with the stars) is closer to the wearer's front side. This gives the effect that the flag is waving in the breeze as the wearer moves.
