Cute, but all he had to do is twist his body and kick the bunnies muzzle, it wouldn't do much unless he was talking, and if so, he could have made the rabbit bite his own tongue. Which could lead to some nasty effects. Or he could roll over throw the rabbit of balance and get away. Then there is rotating his body and using his free leg to knock the bunny on to his rear. Finally as much as I can think about, the fox could pull the rabbit's foot out wide and let go and make him do the splits. All I'm saying there is plenty of options, no need to say uncle and surrender.
