im late to witchsona week but i still wanted to do it...

they wear a wolf mask and stick quills into their cape n shit to make themself as offputting as possible. theyre a very lonely witch and just sort of wander around aimlessly in the big open collecting sticks and rocks n stuff to make totems and runes. they have the ability to turn into a big ol flurry of feathers to travel in faster bursts
