- Journey of the Wolf -
The leader of the pack,
Strong and true
He holds his alpha head high,
Knowing another night is almost through
He lies beneath the moon,
Stares up at the sky
His dedication will always remain true.
I'm Kicking off 2009 with the brand new version of one of my 2007 releases "Journey of the Wolf." It's been given a complete overhaul, everything done again from scratch, making the most of some new equipment!

Very nice. I like the psuedo-musicbox sound present through the track, it gives it a fairytale-like feeling. My favorite is mid-way through the track, with the harp and vocal sounds. This must be some pretty awesome equipment, if you can use it to make stuff like this! Excellent, as always~
The first song I ever wrote when I was 12 back in 1990 was called "The Journey" the second song I ever wrote was called "Run of the Wolf". As I thought about this I then wondered what your first song must have sounded like. When I made mine I thought they were great. But I look back on them now and laugh. Maybe I'll do an overhaul of my own wolf song. It won't sound as good as this but I'll probably like it just the same.
WOW the orginal version of this song was one of my all time favourites of both your music and all of the music i have (which is alot). The song of this is both simplistic and complex it allows a person to see a portrait you have painted before us in way we have never been able to see before. Once again you have out done even the original version of this song but i will love that too just as much as i love this version.
please keep up the wonderful work you are doing.

Thanks Tamara. You have the same name as my sister ^^ I do have a CD out already, called "The Ballad of Midnight", it's linked on my FA profile (Albums and merchandise), it's $8.99.
I hope to attend AC this year, though I have no definite ones yet, but hopefully I will soon. :3

I really found out some really enteresting stuff about this song of yours. I already know my dog likes this song.
last I started listening to brandon flower's song 'only the young' when my dog layd down on the couch he started to listin to that song, I noticed that he'd looked up when there were some changes in the music. After listening to that song, I played the song 'crossfire' also from brandon flowers. while playing the intro of that song and the first verse I saw that his attention was getting better. but when the chorus came his attention was getting a bit worse. So as experiment because my dog was fully mentioning the music I played this song of your's. when I did his look was getting relaxed and with one ear pointing at my egg (speaker with a egg shape) he started to listin. after a while He also started to lay his head down almost against my egg. He did'nt even care that the volume was on max he just did. so what I found out is that my dog and maybe more dogs love haggling sounds. and my dog loves this song. and I also really like it.
great job. and two big thumbs ups.
(also the intro of crossfire has a haggling sound)
