It depends which side, but to help, go into settings, and bind "Interact with Object" to something, then jump at him.
Easier then trying to time the click and mouse position to hit him I found.
GT1 (A): Hes near the Mission Giver, have to climb up ontop of the building via Ropes, and jump at him.
GT2 (A): Right behind the FP. Climb up the nearby rock, jump at him.
GT3 (A): Hes in front of the FP, near the large plot, in a tree. Just a simple, Jump and grab him.
And bugger if I know anything about hordes.

Pepe is in the Horde garrison. If it's Level 3, walk right outside of the town hall and look for the tree on your immediate left. He's sitting up in the branches. You may have to jump to be able to click on him. If your garrison is level 1 or 2, you can do a /tar Pepe to target him and you can put a raid marker on him to find him (CTRL+Z,X,C, etc. I think).
